Detailed Reviews
My son and I needed a quiet place to stay for a night. We chose the 2 bedroom apartment, as we needed a 5am breakfast. What a great choice! The kitchen was equipped with basics, washing machine with drying racks provided, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven, and hob. The living area was spacious, high ceilings, very warm throughout (windows were able to be opened if needed). Bedrooms were great, en-suites in both rooms. TV's in the bedrooms as well as the living room. The beds are comfortable, and bedrooms are very quiet. This location is on a bus route; However, it was hardly noticeable and the bus only passed by every so often. There is a door that can close to separate the living area/kitchen and the hallway to the bedrooms, as well as a door that can close off the entranceway from the outer hallway.
I have to say this location is VERY clean, and they accommodated a small request we made for a fan, although I think they already had fans in the rooms.
There is a Sainsbury's just a few minutes walk away, which was very handy.
Car park out front for about 4-5 cars, well lit.
I'd definitely stay here again, we really enjoyed it.

After an adventurous journey, guests are welcomed by a very friendly landlord who shows them to the well-equipped and beautifully furnished rooms. Breakfast is ordered the evening before and is served freshly prepared in the morning. The breakfast was very good and plentiful!
A real recommendation!

This is good value, easy to drive to, we were able to park outside for our two night stay and longer into the last day which was a bonus. When we arrived it wasn't very busy and we were given bigger rooms at no extra cost which was a great surprise. It is convenient to get into London the station is a few minute walk. Breakfast is continental which was fine for us.
Beds were comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee, pillows hard, a fan and hairdryer which were handy.
We will use this guesthouse again when we go to London for a visit

Cheap clean free parking 5 mins walk to a Northern Line station.
We had a room at the front of the guesthouse and it was very quiet and the beds were comfortable
Didn’t try the continental breakfast as we went to a nearby Weatherspoons for a full English.
For the price it’s great

The only thing I could fault is that when booking online it asks you what time you expect to arrive at the facility/check in. I had put an estimated time of 21:00. At 18:30 I received a phone call asking if I will still coming. I advised I would and the lady on the phone said 'oh god, I have to stay here until then'. When we arrived she was lovely as anything. I do not believe she was trying to be rude but the phone call did make me panic.
Other than that, everything was fine. I would recommend taking your own towels as the ones they provide are very tiny.
Lovely staff, clean and comfy bed.

Pros:
Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed daily. The staff was very friendly.
Cons:
The Wi-Fi works only partially and near the router.
Breakfast was in no way up to expectations. There was no sausage and the cheeses were all individually wrapped in plastic, not fresh produce. Hard-boiled eggs were available on a daily basis.

In May we booked two rooms for 5 people in August as we planned to use it as a base to go to a concert in Wembley. The date of the concert was changed due to the forthcoming underground strike. I telephoned the property to see if I could change dates. The lady I spoke to said yes we could have the two double rooms on the Saturday and an apartment on the Sunday, fantastic. Sent an email confirming the above changes on 12 August and received acknowledgment on 13 August. Received email from the hotel 15 August advising they have had to cancel the booking due to overbooking.

Room was clean with great tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge, chair/tables and space. Short walk to underground station from which you could get the northern line which was good. Staffing was a bit odd, rang doorbell when we arrived and had to wait ages for someone to eventually come after ringing multiple times. When we got in finally, room wasn’t made up even though we were later than check in time we had advised, and staff didn’t appear to communicate to know what was going on. Receptionist didn’t know room was not ready until she tried to let us in. Weird blinds in room considering it was at the front of the house onto the road, let a lot of light in and also people could see in no matter the angle of blinds. Pretty sure they were giving us other rooms half used rolls of toilet roll! Also when asked for more toilet roll the lady on the front desk looked at me like I’d just shot her and questioned me, she seemed to be very confused about things. Not very welcoming and made us a bit fearful of asking for anything. Also had neck ache after staying there which got progressively worse each night I think from the pillows being so hard.

Wonderful cosy accommodation offering superb value for money. We were upgraded to a suite on the ground floor which was spacious and all the amenities including washing machine, fridge, cooking range, iron, free parking, dryer etc. It’s a well-located family run accommodation providing warm and comfortable stay in London without burning a hole in your pocket.Highly recommended.

Arrived at 12.30 and we're greeted by a lovely lady, we were shown to our room and although the furnishings were a bit dated everything was spotlessly clean and there was also a fridge and fan supplied.
We nipped on the tube at the bottom of the hill and spent the afternoon and evening in London. Back on the tube and a leisurely stroll up the hill to the High Street where drinks and pizza are 5 mins walk away.
Breakfast was delicious and a lovely chat with the owner topped off our mini break.
Will definitely return.

Haven't stayed there for sometime but I do believe.."They offer extended parking and include complimentary 'drop off' and collection to/from Gatwick Airport(between 09.30 and 21.30 hrs.)".. Not sure about Heathrow
Best to give them a ring.. they are very helpful
