I the place was really clean and nice the staff were amazing and very helpful especially Rasheedata who was amazing helping me book my next stay. It is a little walk into the middle of london but most things you need are around it anyway.
Absolutely awful place.room was tiny & bathroom was a joke. I seriously couldn't turn round in there. Our friends got back to their room at the end of the night & someone had been in & used the shower. Only thing going for this place is the location as we were going to the o2 arena. Place stank of weed as well.i must state that our friends stayed at the other oyo place round the corner..avoid this place at all costs..
Errors can always happen, but key to good - indeed, bare minimum - customer service is effective and prompt resolution. Following a stay at OYO Grantly on 27 Jan, the hotel made an unauthorised, additional charge to my card. After a previous social media post, OYO promised a refund for this error, which despite their receipt of my bank details into which they undertook to make the refund, has yet to materialise. I consider OYO Grantly's conduct to be of concern, and certainly my experience means I cannot recommend this hotel - it is a minimum expectation that hotels are able to handle card charging correctly, as they are required to by law, and address errors as they have promised.
The location is in my opinion great! I had luck that I could park my car in front of the hotel, altough I didn't book that. The parking is not expensive. The hotel is not cheap but not expensive either. The quality of the room we had was not of extreem high standard but I consider the price is good for what you get. Very good bathroom. The staff was nice and cooperative. The breakfast was included, again not very high in standard, but what you get is good enough and enough to choose from. If I have to go to London again, I'll probably will book here again. By the way, next door there's a Italian restaurant and across the street there are plenty of good little restaurants for different tastes.
Like many hotels this one has good & bad points. Handy location if you are in the area for tv centre & Westfield shopping centre. I was slightly puzzled as to why after paying to park in front of the hotel we were asked to hand our car keys over which were just left in the box with our room number on,clearly not very secure. Not really suitable for anyone with walking difficulties due to steps, the breakfast room in particular is down 2 flights of stairs even if you are staying on the bottom floor, that's assuming you are staying in that building as this hotel is divided into 2 buildings sandwiching another hotel between them. The room we stayed in was converted from what I assume was an old entrance & as such still had a doorway instead of a sealed window, somewhat noisy due to traffic. Would I book here again? Because of my wife's walking difficulty probably not unless nothing else was available, otherwise it would be certainly one to consider…
