Our welcome was second to none. When Fillamina realised it was a birthday trip did everything she could to make it special. We arrived early but that wasn’t a problem. The room was clean air conditioning worked perfectly bed was comfortable.

As a Chelsea fan, we stayed as a 50th birthday treat. We were checked in 3 hours earlier than the usual time and advised to let the receptionist know when we were going out so they could put a gift in the room. On our return I found a lovely note and a boxed tumbler glass with the CFC badge emblazoned on it. Such a nice gesture. We paid for breakfast for the 2 night stay on our arrival and it was first class with table service and constant attention by the restaurant staff. Highly recommended we will definitely stay here again First class

Filomena is honestly the kindest and most helpful receptionist I have met in a long time. We are staying overnight as a gift for my mums 60th and Filomena has gone out of her way to make our stay special. We can’t thank her enough. The hotel is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Will definitely be staying again.

Hotel although well positioned for tube is not 4 star in any way. Rooms are very hot, no air conditioning and stifling. Arrived back at the hotel at 11.05 pm and was informed the bar was closed at 11 and therefore impossible to have a drink. Room service I was told was absolutely not an option. So good location but make sure you are ticked up before 11 !

Stayed for one night for work. We arrived at 10pm and were checked in by a nice receptionist. She told us we could have free drinks at the bar. We were surprised by this so we decided to have a drink in the bar. However, a little while later a member of staff came over with the bill. My boss went to sort it out and came back having paid for our drinks. Apparently the free drinks are between 6 and 8pm. The hotel is nice and my room was large and clean with a complimentary bottle of water and two chocolates. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was clean, shower good with hot water. Hairdryer was old fashioned type on bathroom wall but it did the job. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Nice location, felt safe. Would stay again.

We have just returned from a stay here for my sons 16th birthday. He is a huge Chelsea fan and this was perfect. The staff were all lovely and left him a message in the hotel reception on the welcome screen. There was a signed birthday card and sweet treats left for him in our room as well. We did the stadium tour whilst there and had a really wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent with a very good variety to choose from. We will definitely return! Thank you for making his day so special.

Great stay. Really quiet hotel which is great after a day of London tourist noise. Is two separate hotels which is a bit odd when you first arrive. We went into the closest one with our bags to be greeted with a sign saying closed and go to other hotel for check in. Go across the path to other hotel with bags then our room is in first building we went to originally so had to go back across. Not a disaster but definitely a bit inconvenient after an 8 hour journey. Breakfast was good and all staff are very friendly.

Stayed in the hotel attending the Chelsea - Manchester City game in January. Only positive vibes to be honest, shift manager, his name was Lev I believe, arranged our room to checked in early free of charge, big spacious room, decent breakfast next morning, ticked all the boxes. The only 1 thing that spoiled a bit the stay was 4:0 loss 😃
