Great location, conveniently positioned a few minutes walk from Hyde Park, and moments away from shops, restaurants, bars, Bayswater, and Queensway Underground. The Apartments are Spacious, Clean, with all the appliances required to feel self contained. The entire complex has a tranquil ambiance and the outdoor external seating area with heating is a perfect addition. The staff are all very professional and have always gone above and beyond to ensure each time we have stayed is as enjoyable as expected. I would definitely recommend Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments to anyone searching for the ideal location in London to stay, with all the amenities on the door step.
The room is clean and spacious, comfortable bed, very quiet area and superb location. Would definitely stay here again!!! Will recommend it to family and friends. Our room had a kitchenette so you can heat up you food, if needed. Hot water was plenty.
I went there for a family trip. For a Muslim, this place is located near to Halal / Muslim friendly restaurants and shops. You can walk for about 5-10 mins to the London Tube ( train station), and it is quite near to the park too. Breakfast - I pretty much love what they served. They even have Nasi Lemak in the menu, and we have tried it. Pretty good! I personally would recommend this to anyone who would like to go to London for the first time.
Stayed over the winter break for two weeks, and was upgraded (with additional cost) to a family room for three. Besides the fact that the hallway is bit too small, as is expected in any buildings in London, was not disappointed with the service, facilities and cleanliness of the hotel. Location-wise is perfect, with many nearby eateries – and halal ones – and Tesco & Sainsbury's at a walking distance. There were reports of people acting as fake police around the Bayswater area and stealing money, so might want to look out for that. However, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.
Stayed overnight for a theatre trip. Spent very little time there because we went after work and headed straight to the theatre (Checked in at 11pm and out at 10am) It was clean and tidy, basic decor but did the job. checking in online beforehand made the late check in to collect our key at 11pm very easy and straight forward. Room/apartment was clean and tidy, if basic decor, but it was very cold. There was a heater but it was really close to the bed so you couldn’t leave it on all night. Room was supposedly a twin, but when you push the two single beds together with only space for bedside tables and then it’s a wall so you cant move them, then it’s basically a double bed. Not a real issue for us but it might be for others. As a side note, I’d specified a twin 3 times; the booking itself, a message and confirmation via booking.com and a further message direct, and we still got the fake ‘twin’ room so if it’s going to be an issue for you keep that in mind Breakfast was included, but we didn’t have it, it was a self help continental breakfast and we wanted a full cooked breakfast. The so called restaurant where they have breakfast looks more like a cafe out the back garden. It’s weird you go out a back door to get to it. Having said all that, it did the job of a clean room and bed to sleep in.…
