Grand Plaza apartments give you the independence and catering flexibility of your own home together with the comfort and service of a 4* hotel. Think of us as your home, but with cleaning, catering, porters and reception staff thrown in. Serviced apartments are the new direction for the hotel industry. They provide a ready made home rather than a ready made room. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen. You choose whether to enjoy your own home cooking or try the Grand Plaza Breakfast or visit one of the myriad of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel (or heat up a takeaway!) Grand Plaza is the largest Hotel/Apartment complex in Bayswater. We won the 2009 award for best serviced apartments in London as a result of votes from the readers of Business Destinations Magazine. We accommodate more people each day (tourist, leisure, romantic and business) than any other Serviced Apartment Hotel in the area.We are located in the centre of the West End overlooking the precise type of garden square which Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts climbed into in the Golden Globe nominated film, Notting Hill! We look forward to providing you with a home in central London.

This is a great place to stay in London! A friend and I have just spent two nights in this great find. The area is lovely with shops, restaurants and pubs within a five minute walk. Bayswater underground station is also close by. The apartments have a modern and contemporary reception area, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge and kettle), two double beds, TV with sky channels, wardrobes, hairdryer, iron and board, and a nice bathroom. We were comfortable throughout the stay, there was even an air conditioning unit! The room could have done with a seating area to watch the TV, but we Sat on the bed.

BEWARE - They dont provide any service on pretext of Covid. Prepare to carry waste mops, vaccuum cleaners, change your bed linen, take out trash to the street community bin...basically pay this Hotel for a serviced apartment, you dont even get warned you will have to work for them too!! We were travelling with kids(1yr & 5yr) for 4 days. Wife suggested book a large apartment on daily rental. I said, come'on we're on a holiday. Lets just pay 60% extra and get a service hotel apartment. We are already cooking for kids, why work any more when on a holiday. On the night after check-in, we call for housekeeping to clear trash - reception picks up to say, sorry, you've got to take your trash out to the bin on the street, clean your room, change your linen...what?!! When I expressed shock and surprise, the reception throws in a complimentary "you bring your dirty towels all the way down to reception and I can offer you replacement". They said "sorry, Covid rules, its all in the fine print". Spent 15mins going through T&Cs, dont find anything. I tell the reception to show me by evening when I return. They dont bother. What covid rules?!! Their cleaners dont wear face masks, invite my wife and kid to squeeze into the tiny elevator with 2 of them, their hand sanitiser dispensers in the alley are empty, they all just walk around chatting loudly in flip flops!! Basically, call themselves Serviced Hotel Apartments, dont provide any service, and charge us 60% higher. Could've just got a lovely much bigger apartment on daily rent, hired cleaners and still saved over 25%.

Where do i start? The only good thing about this place was its proximity to the park, where i did my morning walks. Apart from that, its below standard, run down, corridors a complete maze. The dining table and chairs where right in the middle of the sitting area in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was no space for family entertainment because the furniture took up all the space. The kitchen was non existent. The workers waltz into the accommodation without permission and don’t care, wont apologise. Even to explain the reason for the invasion is difficult for them. Totally unprofessional. Once a man walked in, walked right upstairs talking about a flooding in the apartment, which i had already explained in a phone call that nothing like that was happening. The other time he walked in again removing the fire alarm without an explanation. Communication is definitely not their strong suite. Fire alarm goes off by 4:30am and no explanation or apology is given for why guests are woken up and have to run out in a frenzy that early in the morning. The wifi is non- existent, can only use it whilst in the reception area and not in the accommodation. Like i said, there is nothing luxurious or serviced about this over priced accommodation. It is as good as a holiday hostel if you ask me, a total rip off. Don’t be fooled.

Apartments are clean and for London very reasonably priced, it's the second time I've stayed here. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is excellent, Bayswater's a busy place but the apartments are quiet. Tube links are very good and if you like to walk Kensington gardens and Hyde park are close by. A few minor niggles, tv remotes aren't great, no toaster and some of the decor can be grubby. If your looking for luxury it's not for you but if like me it's a base and bed for the night you'll not get better for the money, I'll be staying here again.

Apartments are clean and comfortable in a good location. Near 2 underground stations and amenities. Staff are polite and helpful. Some of the furniture is a little old and used but functional. Good value for money
