Very good hotel, family room was nice and spacious.. while a little noisy in the morning we didn't mind we were up early to see the sights... Staff were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing plenty of choice both hot and cold and very good value... Would definitely return!!!

Well, the hotel is nicely located the rooms are tight. WATCH out for your belongings I got stolen while changing rooms. From a triple room to a double room someone from the cleaning/housekeeping staff have stolen my aviator Cartier sunglasses worth 750£. The staff weren't helpful as they denied, then I reported the police and still nothing appeared since 😑

The Princes Square hotel is located in Princes Square no 23-25 in Bayswater, London. It looks inviting from the outside, but don’t expect too much, this is a typical simple London hotel, suited only for sleeping. Our room was on the small side, bed was located up against a wall which means you cannot access it from both sides, there... More

The location is great few minutes walk from either queens way or bayswater stations or even the busstop..the room is so small like most of hotel rooms in london but its is clean. U better ask for 2 beds not one as the bed was the worst thing in the hotel was so uncomfartable for me and my husband..the breakfast... More

Very nice place to stay! Rooms very nice and clean. Only problem is my Wfi didn't work always in my room. Although my other family member had no problems in her room. Easy to get around to public transportation. Tina at the front desk was very helpful.

I stayed here for 5 Nights in one of the Single Rooms. Location is great with easy access to Bayswater & Queensway tubes being a 5 minute walk away - those stations get you anywhere in central London very quickly. Also walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Paddington & Notting Hill. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were small... More

I found this hotel through a Rick Steves guide book & was pleased with it. The Pros: - Great location-quick walk to Queensway & Bayswater tube stations which means you can access almost everything in zone 1 quickly & easily - Down the block from Kensington Gardens - Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants & pubs in Bayswater,... The hotel, staf.and the room are ok. But if you want to open the window because there are 30 degrees you will be shocked discovering they are blocked (check picture). But they kindly provide a portable and very noisy fan. I can't understand how booking can rate this hotel a 4 star accomodation. Maybe in winter, but even if it... More

Stayed here for nine days. Great location very close to subway. Rooms are small but 2 people fit good. Our only problem was that the outfit kept going out so it was hard to use it. Very helpful desk person with our tours we booked.

I visited the Princes Square hotel during the peak holiday season (July) for a work trip and stayed one night. The room was small, even by London standards, made smaller by the (welcome) inclusion of a fan as the hotel has no air conditioning and rooms can easily become sweat-boxes. The bathroom was equally small and contained a stand-up shower... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
