This is a decent budget hotel in a great location. We traveled to London with our two children aged 11 and 16 and stayed at the Jubilee for two nights. The room was fine, not the nicest hotel I've stayed in but adequate. We had a private bathroom and the staff was very friendly. Our room was not available when we checked in so they gave us a key to a beautiful garden area across the street and we loved it. There are several pubs, shops and cafe's within an easy walking distance. The neighborhood seemed very safe and it was easy to get around. If you are traveling to London on a budget this is not a bad option.

It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. This isn't the best hotel in the area but it's clean, well situated for sightseeing, comfortable beds but above all friendly and helpful staff. I'm partially disabled and they made sure I had a room on the first floor so I didn't have to face too many stairs. They were so kind to me and helped me with my bags and walking aids, nothing was too much trouble for them. My only minor complaint is that my curtains didn't fully close because of a broken curtain rail. Overall though great value for money and if I was travelling to London on a budget again I would definitely return.

Let's start with the positives: convenient location for Victoria Train and Underground Station, well connected especially for those arriving from Gatwick, very clean hotel and friendly and friendly staff. Let’s continue with the less positive ones: shared bathroom, I knew this as it was specified in the description of the single room I booked, and , which made him lose a point in my evaluation, room too small and this unfortunately was not indicated correctly as on Booking indicated 8 square meters was actually just over 5 square meters (I measured it). Let’s say that already 8 square meters is a bit claustrophobic but 5 is just too small for about 100 euros a night. In short, full sufficiency deserves it but no more.

Was only going to stay there 1 night in connection with a further journey, so think that I should survive in a reasonable but ok minus place.
The staff should receive good feedback for being both helpful and pleasant, the location is yours and the surrounding area is very nice, but unfortunately all the positive things I have to say about this place stop there.
This hotel needs an immediate renovation indoors, old and most likely full of mold as there is discoloration on the walls and ceiling in several places. They use and a sick amount of perfume around the hotel, so even I, who do not react much to smells, felt that this became very nauseating.
There is also a complete lack of ventilation here, so a bad combination I would say.
I recommend not staying at this hotel until they refurbish it thoroughly, it is not worth a stay even if it is reasonable.
Regret that I didn't change hotels even if it was only for one night.

We stayed here for one night before catching a bus from the coach station. The walk to Victoria coach station was less than 5 minutes and in a straight line, so very easy to find.
The room was basic, but well equipped, coat hangers, kettle, Nescafé gold blend and coffee creamer as well as milk. Sash window that can be opened and a fan.
The hotel is a budget hotel, it doesn't pretend to be anything else, but it was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and a very warm and friendly welcome at check in. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and go out for the day, free of charge.
There are a lot of stairs, we were on the 3rd floor, ask for a ground floor if this is a problem.

Room number 45 very small (for us, no luck, on the fourth floor without elevator) 14 m2 advertised, felt 9!!! Very small shower, very weak water jet, shower head fixed to the wall, so not convenient to rinse. Hot water takes a very long time to arrive and is random. Single glazing window, so no thermal or acoustic insulation. Very superficial daily cleaning, I found my hair from the day before in the same place in the shower (the last day it was not even done: “an oversight”)
Carpeted floor, unpleasant and unhygienic enough to walk barefoot.
The staff is very helpful and very kind. In the room, a kettle and coffee chocolate tea available.
The location is central and very convenient.
I am amazed at the very positive reviews and 5 Star ratings. Our experience just deserves the average.

Caution. Arrived early from flight they gave us a room by 11 that was good. Tried to shower water ran from scolding hot to cold. Asked the manager for help he came up with a person and they said they would fix it, we went out. Tried to shower next morning same thing, their plumbing does not work. We left , found another hotel lost our money, tried to get refund they would not offer. After leaving, we contacted the booking site, the hotel said the offered us a different room that was not the case until after we left, they need to upgrade plumbing, not comfortable.

Positives: The hotel is very, very clean, good location.
Negatives: the hotel description both on here and booking.com is extremely misleading. It does not state clearly at the top of the descriptions that some rooms do not have their own private bathroom. Double check when you’re booking if you want your own toilet and shower!

My family and I stayed at the Jubilee Hotel Victoria for four nights in August. The property is located a few steps from Victoria Station, in the center, very close to major tourist attractions. Ecclestone Square is reassuring and quiet, perfect for its silence and well attended. The hotel is spotless, the rooms have all the comforts including kettle, tea, coffee. Nicely decorated. But the real strength is the very kind staff, always present, ready to respond to every need and question with professionalism and friendliness. We felt at home. Thank you! Laura

Excellent location, very clean, small practically furnished rooms. Good value if you just want a bed in a central location. There’s scope to keep costs down in some rooms by sharing a bathroom. I was on ground floor, (photo of single bedroom (with sink) attached) and the toilet and shower were down a level. If that’s the kind of thing that bugs you read the room description very carefully before booking or check with the hotel first. For the record, the bathroom was very clean and any time I went in it didn’t seem to have been used.
