One of the most recent nightmares happened to me from the very first step until the last step . The young east European receptionist who hasn’t the minimum percentage of being a receptionist. The room was dirty and and filthy. They have provided a toddler bed instead of infant which made the room extremely tiny for even moving. Scape with your money. you would really really regret if you stay there a single minute. 🤮🤮

Not bad at all. Is pretty budget inside but bed is comfy, it's right outside St Pancras, and staff are friendly so it's definitely worth it. Shower is actually good too which is rare in these places. Didn't have time to sample breakfast sadly.

Stayed here for one night while attending a Spurs game. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was included although it was continental I left full. Only across the road from Kings cross station and near a good deal of bars and restaurants. No noise while I stayed although I'm a heavy sleeper. I would stay again for a one night stay but would probably stay elsewhere to upgrade the facility level. Overall 4/5.

My work had booked this hotel as it was the closest/cheapest near to the training venue I attended. Personally I wouldn’t have picked this hotel as a solo female traveller and the standard of room. At first I was quite worried reading the reviews especially seeing some of the rooms however went in with an open mind. Positives The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a slight issue with paying on the day (I don’t think work had realised) but check in was easy and I asked for an extra pillow which was brought to my room promptly. The hotel has all the basics and was clean; the room was a single and was small but ok for a night (see pictures). Obvious positive is how close it is to the train station. Bed was surprisingly comfy and there was an extra blanket which I used initially however was warm enough without it within the night. Tea/kettle was basic but good. Also hotel is close to lots of restaurants/cafes etc. Breakfast included in the price but I didn’t have this Negatives I consider myself quite a confident person however felt that most people staying were solo males and I didn’t feel 100% comfortable at all times. (This might just be me though) The lock on the door didn’t feel super secure either. My room overlooked the main, busy road outside where I could hear lots of sirens, traffic, horns beeping and the trains moving; it did quieten down later on at night but could still hear it. I woke up quite a few times in the night but not sure whether this was because of outside or how the creaky the bed was. Tv is small and you can hear people going into rooms around you. Conclusion The hotel is cheap I would imagine compared to others around it and is close to the train station. It has all the basic necessities and would be fine if needed for a short time. I personally wouldn’t stay again on my own and because of the traffic I struggled sleeping.

Room so little , i feel so hot and i can't open the windows. The receptionnist is very interested by cash just that . The bathroom is perfect if you are a mouse family. you can't charge your computer , the wifi is terrible too. Near of St Pancras and King's Cross it's a positive point . I stay here from today to sunday but i think i cancelled that and i go search an other hotel in London because it's a torture to be here. Really wrong hotel PLEASE RUN AND DON'T GO BACK.
