Stayed in room 200, me, my husband and our 13 year old son for two nights. We had a large super king size bed, my son was on a large sofa bed. Our room was right on the main road ,but we were not disturbed by the noise at all, the beds were very comfy, and the rooms very clean.... More

I actually found this hotel by accident as my Travel Agent made a mistake with my booking and there was no room for me at the usual hotel. My Chelsea was not too far away and had a room! Thank goodness! What a great find. The hotel is contemporary, great design, quiet and with very helpful staff. My room was... More

It was a bit of last minute reservation, so I trusted my agent and opinions on this website. I should not have. The room was very small, really hardly room to move around the bed. But that was not the problem. I was on the first flor, facing the road. It is so noisy. I was totally jetlagged, so trying... More

Fantastic location near South Kensington Tube stop, beautiful Chelsea neighborhood--close to everything, fantastic staff, immaculate rooms (small--very small, but lovely), quiet, great bar and Tanya's next door is wonderful. I've been looking for a place like this in London for years. Won't be staying anywhere else in the future.

The quality-price was very good. We got an upgrade to our room and had an awesome bed. Very authentic neighbourhood, great experience. I was surprised though that the deluxe room didn't have a bathtub, however it was very nice.

Ideal location with some pay and display street parking. The hotel reception was modern and fresh. Beds were comfortable, and en suite was modern and clean. The only negative was the leather chair in the room was very tired and brought the look of the room down. Shame because everything else was good.

This hotel is a nice boutique hotel in a good location in London. It is approximately 8 minutes walk from the South Kensington tube station. When you first arrive at the hotel the reception staff are not very welcoming, don't get me wrong they aren't rude but at the same time they're not that thrilled about you presence. Walking up... Arrived early evening and we couldn't seem to get a straight answer as to whether we had our 2 night booking or not, whether it was all paid for and would be get to stay in the same room both nights. It was a superior double. The bookings had been made separately for the 2 nights. That aside, we got... More

There is nothing wrong with this property, but understand what you are getting, which is a place to lay your head for the night in a location very convenient to Chelsea. Because that's about it. WiFi serviceable, but not great. Breakfast mediocre. Staff well-meaning, but not very well trained (also entirely foreign - somewhat frustrating to have a language barrier... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
