The location of the hotel is absolutely great, even may be called perfect if you are in London for leisure and shopping. It is only 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park, just 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station and (in case you like walking) 10-15 minutes (it depends on your speed) walk from Marble Arch and then Oxford Street. The... More

The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Triple room although clean was small and cramped. Buffet style breakfast was adequate, but get there early or be prepared to queue to be seated! Perfect location as Paddington station is within 5 minutes walking distance. An ideal base if, like us, you set out immediately after breakfast and don't return until late... More

The biggest advantage of Westpoint is that it is an extremely brief walk from Paddington Station, yet it is on a quieter street, and thus away from the noise and bustle of the station area. There are a number of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area, as well. The biggest disadvantage, at least in our experience, was the... More

After reading reviews was a little apprehensive but need not have been. O.K. rooms are small but a triple room for 3 adults was fine. (Although 3 x 20 stoners could struggle) Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything in the room worked, cleaning was regular and thorough, breakfast fine but why no bacon? Location was fine, close enough to... More

Crap! Can't swing a cat in the room, the bed was basically the base of a sofa bed. It was also impossible to pass two people together in the room. All the money was spent on their foyer! Do not stay here!!

Our room had a tiny desk but no chair - had to sit on a sloping bed to work at the desk. Bathroom (toilet and tiny sink with no place to put things) was in one tiny room, tiny shower in a separate room that you could barely turn around in. No internet in the room. Internet only in the... More

The outside and reception of this Hotel gives the impression of a fabulous, luxurious hotel.....as its web site also suggests. We were warmly greeted at reception however, when we got to our room/shoebox we were greatly disappointed. The decor was that from a 1970's movie, there was NO space to even leave down our bags and the bathroom was tiny.... More

Mum, sister and I stayed 3 nights. Booked a triple room. Very cramped, so Mum got a room to herself when we got there. Stayed in this hotel in May 2010 for a week. Rather small room w little bathroom but rather comfy. Breakfast is really basic but alright. We found the quality of the reception, room and breakfast at the Westpoint Hotel to be the worst of all of the places we stayed at during our two-month tour of 14 countries in Europe and the UK. We were especially unhappy with the attitude of the duty manager on check-in. Having been allocated a claustrophobic room in the basement,... More
