My husband and I stayed 2 nights (22.2 to 24.2) at the Aspen Apartments managed by the hotel. The location is convenient as it is near the Paddington station which has a direct train from Heathrow Airport and there are many eating outlets nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Sergio. Breakfast is standard and the apartment is comfortable,...

The hotel is a few steps from Paddington Station, so location is very good. The lobby is nice and the staff very friendly and kind! The room is very very very small, too small! Even the bed is not long enough for a person with heigh 180cm, so no very comfortable. By the way the hotel is clean, very well...

Stayed here for a weekend. The rooms are ok, you have your own bathroom. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is a typical english breakfast in a hotel from this category. I stayed in different hotels of this price category in London and they are all the same, they all look a bit old and worn down, in my opinion it is...

My wife and I (a couple in our early 50's) have just stayed in the hotel, for three nights, (Feb 2nd to Feb 10th 2012), and found it to be excellent value for money. The key advantage of staying in this hotel, is it's location------Approximately three to five minutes from Paddington Rail Station, which has an express shuttle rail service...

We were backpackers. Direct train from the airport which dropped us off at Paddington, a couple of blocks away. The rooms were small but expected. My husband found the bathroom a bit of a challenge but we're used to our mega supersized Canadian living we didn't feel right picking on something the management probably couldn't do much about. The only...

1st class for location. 2mins from Paddington station, resturants are in walking distance all you need. HOTEL is ok but the room I was in was the same standard as B&B small very tight space to get to the bathroom, I kept the window open by putting the toilet roll there as it was a sash window. Breakfast was basic,...

At Westpoint you have to very good points: the location, just across Hyde Park and 30 mins walking from center's shopping streets, and the personnel. During our stay we got a very good support from the receptionists (Sergio, you're the man, thanks again!), solving some problems and helping us to plan better the holyday. The rooms are small and not...
