Booked a room through Booking.com. Money instantly taken from card although fully refundable/cancellable up to a day before arrival. I cancelled 2 months before arriving. Money not refunded. Contacted booking.com after 3 weeks and got email saying refund will be done the following day by manager. A week later Booking.com emailed saying hotel is refusing to refund so it will... More

My daughter and I booked this hotel via Booking.com as we were just having a weekend in London and didn't want to stay anywhere too expensive The location was great, just off Edgware Road, central but not too noisy The room was of adequate size, well presented and the shower was lovely hot and powerful! The staff were also very... More

Not good. Don't judge a book by its cover. Staff are not friendly. Room was were very tiny. Yellow stains on pillow cases. Bathroom was cleanish but again very small. Pillows were like A4 sheets of paper. Alarm went off a 8am and woke us up. Room numbers do not make sense. Bar said it was open to midnight but... More

Quiet good location but the service and staff not all of them are really poor and they lack some hospitality. The first time i try this hotel and wanted to become a regular client but it is not worth it. I left something in my room and when I came back to ask about it at night, one guy staying... More

I booked this hotel 1 year ago because of the good price/quality reviewd i've read on Tripadvisor. The only bad things I read about was de room size. And indeed the rooms are SO SO SO small. Even the bed isn't a full 2-persons bed. We stayed here 2 nights and I haven't slept at all because of the noise... More

After reading some of the reviews for this hotel I started to panic a bit. We arrived early and were allowed to drop our bags off to go and explore, the staff we're so helpful on reception even checked to see if our room was ready early, it wasn't but we didn't expect it to be really. The tube station... More

Don't be mislead by these pictures. It seem they put all their effort into the outside of the building and the reception error. Yes the room I stayed in looks quite nice, but it seems they've neglected to care about some of the things that I found wrong! Light above mirror didn't work, us girls would have appreciated this! Two... More

A really good refurbished room led me to book and return 3 times in a month but then I found little consistency. Some were extremely cramped and this time I froze - the radiator did not work and the staff said the spare electric heater was with another guest - only one in a hotel with lots of rooms. Staff... This is a great location but unfortunately the double room we stayed in was tiny. The shower and bathroom in particular were very small and we literally banged our elbows washing our hair. There are no hooks or places to put anything. If you are at all big or tall do not stay here. On the upside the staff were... More
