We stayed just for a night (January 2016) but we enjoyed our stay at the Winsor House Hotel. Our room did not had a private bath and was very small but It is was clean and tidy. There are a kitchen that you can use if you want. Very well located, just a few steps from Earl's Court tube station.... More

1) The whole house is not in very good condition with a lot of hotfixes. 2) The staff requires you to show your credit card on checkin and wants to record its details. They claim that some customers denied that they arrived and wanted money back, but our booking was paid and non-refundable, so it seemed very suspicious to me... More

Visited here with friends in August 2015. I will begin with the positives. The location is fantastic with a 30 second walk to the tube station. The reception (if you can call it that) staff were also friendly and tried to be as accommodating as they could. Finally the breakfast was okay as we didn't realise this was included. However,... Dear Guests we thank you for your feedback. This does sound somewhat over-wrought - and we are so sorry to hear that your were disturbed during the night. This was the Notting Hill Carnival weekend and the majority of our guests were families with children from France and Italy. We have three live-in staff members present at all times to... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the August bank holiday weekend. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It it right around the corner from Earls Court tube station. The staff at the Windsor House Hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic and the decor is a bit dated but the rooms were... More

Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this place. There were three of us crammed into a tiny room. The bathroom was so small the door would not even close be our knees were in the way. Kitchen was awful as well. The place is a walkup so be prepared to lug the valises!

I requested a family room with a private bathroom as we are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The room size was small as I expected, but very dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and grime on the walls and floor. The beds were terrible and consisted of a single box spring with no mattress. I had to... More

Dear Oaklahoma guests, We note, happily, that other family guests have reviewed us very positively indeed both on this site and on alternative sites - specifically on comfort, cleanliness, friendly willingness to help and in particular on price - for central London. We note therefore that opinions receive balance. we are therefore very sorry to read your comments and to... More

The room was way below my expectations. I feel like I am sleeping on a steel bed. I can feel the steel of the bed against my back. I was supposed to booked a room with ensuite, but there was no toilet, I need to use the public toilet outside, I am fine with this. The bathroom was terribly small... More

The owners and staff were all very helpful, kind and easy to talk to. We had 5 people traveling with us. My wife and I, 9 year old son, 17 year old daughter and my 67 year old mother who has some mobility issues. We wanted to stay near or in downtown but for 5 people we were looking at... More

Didn't look great from the outside - very tired - and wasn't great inside again. I don't expect much for what I paid, but bed was a bit basic and seemed to dip a lot in the middle. Wardrobes and drawers were all just about falling apart with doors at different angles. TV was perched on a chair with a... More

The accomodation is located just a corner around from the Earls Court-underground station, where you can get to the main attractions and every where else in a short time. Excellent! We had a family room for 4 adults, and if you want just a bed to sleep on, not to spend time at the hotel, and to have a shower,... More
