As the title states: the only thing positive with this hotel would have to be location, as it is close to the Earls court underground station. The beds are not good to sleep on, The walls and floors of the hallways are completely water damaged, the breakfast consists of toast and cheese and eggs that are boiled to death (you...

We arrived to the hotel, where we were told to leave our luggage in the breakfast room. As we went in it was untidy and small. When we came back later to go to our room, we had to go up the road to the other part of the hotel. The room was very limited. Only sheets on the beds,...

The owner is the rudest person ive ever come across the hotel is a disgrace to the hotel profession i dont normally approve of denigrating a business but in this case I am making an exception based on the need to protect the good name of hotels who try hatd, sadly this one doesnt, they shoved us in the cellar...

I booked this hotel for my granddaughter & her partner who was over from Texas USA and wanted to visit London. I read the reviews on Booking.com site and it seemed fine and good for the tube to get around. However, my granddaughter contacted me on seeing the room. She sent me photos - broken light fittings & switches, shower...

Rooms ok size wise but need of tlc. All I can really say is you get what you pay for,and it was cheap. Breakfast was bizarre, not enough room, and staff looked like they were nurses. Staff were friendly. Ok for a night.

This hotel was billed as 3star but I have camped in better places in developing countries. The room so small there was no where to unpack a suitcase. The bed was a LayZbed. I asked if I could move to a larger room but was informed that they were all a similar size. . Shower room stayed wet all day....

This hotel is a complete rubbish. We arrived early, at around eleven in the morning. We paid for an early check-in (15£) because we need to catch the play time of les mis (2:30), but we were still checked in at 1:00pm (normal checkin time is 2:00pm). The water heater don't always work and when it does it can cook...

The rooms are absolutely tiny with no room to even swing a raccoon. There is no where to open your luggage so best of luck to you if there are two people in the 'closet' of a room. The sheets had a pube hair and where badly stained. There were often black hairs in the sheets. The shower is tiny...
