Stayed here for 6 nights.Hotel is very handy for the tube or to catch a bus.Staff were friendly and only too glad to help with our inquiries. No lifts was the only down side for me.My room was basic but compared to the other hotels in the area it was good value for money

We've just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel. After reading past reviews we were worried but basing our thoughts on staying at other hotels with bad reviews, we decided to make our own judgment. The hotel is in a lovely area of Paddington of period houses and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The...

Hotel room pre-booked and confirmed, arrived at hotel to be told room was not available, Offered the "emergency room", basically a cupboard with a bed in it. Duvet had no cover on, so goodness knows what you might catch from it. Hotel filthy, and I mean absolutely stinking.....I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Cozy building, "classical", with small but fresh room and nice staff. Easy and comfortable stay, budget style. Very close to the big parks, tube stations and a variety of dining places, on top of it all. :)

Much of this hotel has just been refurbished, so it's in good shape. I often stay in London overnight and want a central hotel where I can get a good night's sleep for £50. This ticks all the boxes. In the last month I've stayed here three times and it's become my go-to crash. The staff are stand-out friendly. There...

When I arrived there was building equipment on the stairs and on the landing making it very dangerous for children and myself as a pregnant person. The single rooms are very cute and have refurbished bathrooms. However you can literally hear everyone from floor one to floor 4, making it incredibly hard to sleep. The rooms were too hot so...

Absolutely disgusted by this hotel. We were up 65 stairs with two young children. The room and bathroom in particular were disgustingly filthy and looked as though it hadn't been bleached in years!!! The room stunk of alcohol/sick and there were no safety barriers on the windows. Considering it was the top floor and a family room. To top it...

Room was tiny bathroom i had to poo sideways on the toilet!! Shower was good tbh. Tv stopped working. We stayed in room 14 next to it was a conference room. It all kicked off whilst we were trying to sleep in the afternoon between the staff they were shouting about someone owing '93 pounds' doors slamming waking us up...

Poor customer service, tiny room (seriously, you cannot turn round in the bathroom without opening the door to the bedroom). Very limited parking and confusing as to what is allocated due to there being a hotel immediately next door sharing the same car park. Our shower was freezing and the manager didnt even want to put his arm in to...
