Booked this to celebrate my parents birthday. Service was slow from the start. It took ages to get offered drinks despite the fact that it was not too busy. We ordered a few starters including two breads and oils. They didn't arrive and were requested again - still didn't arrive. When the mains arrived we cancelled the breads - so...

I needed to find a cheap and cheerful room for a quick overnight stay, so I was thrilled to find The Victoria. My room was very spacious and for £108 was probably twice the size of a hotel room in Central London and for half the price. The lady who showed me to my room was wonderfully friendly and absolutely...

Stayed for 3 nights. Was very well looked after and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was continental with plenty of items to choose. The whole place was very welcoming and I would definitely stay here again.

Stumbled on this place by accident on the way to walk round Richmond park. So glad we did! Friendly staff, wonderful food amazing wine menu all at reasonable prices and only a 10 min walk from my house. Will definitely be going back just to make sure it really was that wonderful!

Has the potential to be an excellent place to stay. We were there for two nights. Staff friendly, place fairly well kept although we're slow to clear tables/dishes at breakfast. Rooms were a decent size and bed was comfortable but the bathroom let it down a bit. Shower didn't drain very well (room 5) so you were stood in a...

Local pub with good food. Short walk to sheen woods and into richmond park. Take dogs in the bar. Good menu with half a dozen choices. Small bar with 3 hand pulls. Garden at the back which is good for children to pay. Parking can be tricky.

My fiancé and I came here for lunch yesterday after he proposed in Richmond Park and we had the most wonderful time! Our waiter Jacob was excellent, recommended a bottle of Champagne to celebrate which was delicious, accompanied by the best fishcake sharing starter we've ever had. Mains were also excellent, delicious roast pork and roast chicken, but the highlight...

We went with friends from London, this pub is near their house. Lunch, we had oysters, mussels and liver parfait, with some beer. Servers and service was great, as was the food. Very homey, local and friendly. Great food and location.

Stayed here over night with my partner on the 21st of Feb 2017. We planned to go into London for the day, we got a taxi to the tube station which ranged between £8 and £12, it was only about a 10 min drive. From there it's pretty much direct to the Centre of London. We stayed here as it...
