Simply Perfect… the food was fantastic but what really stuck with us was how excellent the service was…. The staff were an absolute pleasure…. We booked a wowcher but this didn’t make any difference in the level of service… A++++
Wonderful experience, welcoming & efficient staff. We had to move our time on the day which was done quickly & without fuss, Lovely tea with good selection of sandwiches & sweet treats, would thoroughly recommend to others & would visit again
Only stayed a single night but the location is great, nice clean rooms and pretty good breakfast. Would definitely stay again when the opportunity arises. Things are a little "tight" but that's just the way it often is in Europe.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly and could not do enough for us. From the minute we walked through the door we felt like royalty. Our waiter was so attentive (I didn’t manage to get his name or I would thank him personally). The ice cream afternoon tea was wonderful and a real luxury. The food was fresh and delicious. Really made a fabulous present for my mum. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again. Price was reasonable as well. Thank you so much.
To be compared with other London Hotels this was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff polite and the room contained everything we needed. This hotel also brings one of the best breakfasts I have tasted in London. I was traveling with my 16 year old son on a weekend trip and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Overnight stay at the Park Grand Lancaster Gate, following afternoon tea. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, with the afternoon teas being wonderfully served and topped off with a surprise for our 50th wedding anniversary (see photos). The room was very cosy/snug, but well equipped and adequate for our needs - we wouldn’t have liked to have stayed for longer than a couple of nights. The hotel is well situated and in a quiet area just off Hyde Park. The only let down was when we returned from the show we had been to see the bar was not open.
A fabulous afternoon tea the choice of sandwiches was good and the cakes excellent even warm scones with proper clotted cream. The staff were very attentive. As much tea or coffee as you wanted and a bottle of Prosecco. Would certainly recommend and when we’re next in London I’m certainly booking again.
I booked this very late on in the day for a friend’s birthday, the hotel were really accommodating, I telephoned and got a really helpful friendly advisor, the food was beautiful, and value for money, the traditional afternoon tea and a bottle of Prosecco cost £29 for 2 with wowcher. The inside space was lovely and decor too. Couldn’t fault the hotel the staff or the food! And thank you for the little extra it was a lovely touch! We are back in London in July and will be booking again!
Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Irfan helped my family and I around our rooms and had no problem answering any questions. Atmosphere was very clean and sanitized and staff was really helpful with bringing in our large amounts of luggage.
It was a great stay. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The service was great! Looking forward to coming over again. The location is very good;just by the hide park and very close to the central line underground station.
