Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Great choice for breakfast. Single beds weren't very wide and there wasn't any storage for our cases, but apart from that it was great. Excellent location close to Kings Cross rail and tube station, and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.. I thoroughly recommend it!

Weekend break with the girls. Excellent location 2 mins kings Cross Station. Although rooms on the small side (we booked a family room for 4) very clean and beds very comfy. Rooms cleaned and towels changed after 1st night. Full English breakfast both mornings served between 7-9 first class standard. Hotels owners lovey people and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Stayed five nights here. Very clean with a really comfortable bed. Room with ensuite was quite small but didn't matter too much as I was only there to sleep. Each morning a full cooked English breakfast set one up for a day out sightseeing. The ladies running the hotel while their parents were on holiday were great. Really pleasant and...

I was going on a tour of French Gardens leaving from St Pancras (Eurostar) early one morning & returning 10 days later at 6pm. The Apollo Hotel is ideally located for such an undertaking - I stayed the night before & night of return. Greeted by very friendly staff & shown to a small but clean room with everything I...

The location of this property is the main reason my daughter and I chose to stay here. We had an early morning train from St. Pancras and wanted to be close by. It was a short five minute walk to the station. It is also proximate to Kings Cross as well. The only issue regarding the hotel is the size....

We stayed here in early May for four nights. Unfortunately, it was during a mild heat wave. The hotel is centrally located and a short block and one-half walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras Station. We found the place to be clean, with evidence of recent remodeling, i.e., fresh paint and newer carpeting. The owners are a lovely Italian...

It's really a very small family-operated hotel. The pros is it's located in 2 min. walk from a subway line and 2 railway stations. It's also inside of the "London circle" so you wouldn't pay extra for traveling (London has several zones to pay for the public transport). The breakfast was good and the room was clean. No issues at...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
