Antonela and Jobanjeet were most helpful in reception. nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were neat and tidy. Location was good. near restaurants and public transport.good value for money

Jobanjeet was amazing. So helpful. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The maintenance man (who I have forgotten the name of) was very great too! I highly recommend this place for those on a budget.

Property is old, horrible, building should be torn down, in 21 st century 3-world countries have much nicer hotels, this property is a shame for London, even Victorian one, I stayed for 3 days in August that i want to forget as quickly as possible

I stayed here for one night and was impressed with both the facilities and the price of the hotel. Location is great and enjoyed my visit to the Golders Green area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very disappointing as dirty and more like a student doss house. Water leaked through ceilings in bedroom and landing. Shower full of black mould and filthy carpets everywhere. I couldn't recommend at any price. Staff at breakfast never spoke and seemed incapable of returning my smile.

Please do not stay here if you want a decent stay especially if you have young children as their is black mould in the rooms and is pretty much a building site. How these people can stay open is beyond me trading standards will be... More
