Dark and smelly and just not nice place to go to we not think it was value for money were their place around thus already which are giving us more room and a better nights stay. There were stains and it very cramped place not for us and we won't be staying again. I feel it on it's way with... More

First trip to London from Sydney, for a short stay it is okay but very dodgy area. The staff are rude on check in, do not greet guests or talk to guests. They speak their own language and talk amongst each-other. They do not even wear a uniform. Housekeeping do a great job! Don't believe the professional photos they've uploaded... More

This hotel was chosen for location and i was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. Plenty of tea/coffee and bath products provided. Wasnt expecting a deposit of £20 for the remote control but hey ho...charge of £5 for wifi and £5 for breakfast. Staff were friendly. Funny smell in reception but the room was very nice. Would stay... More

Shambolic, very dirty and unwelcoming. Supposed to check in at 2pm, room still hadn't been cleaned. Even after returning later that evening the room was still very dirty even after being cleaned. Very disappointed, hairs in the shower and staff very unhelpful. Furniture all broken and warn, bed very uncomfortable and mattres stained! Even the kettle didn't work, needless to... More

Awful hotel at London prices it's more a B&B or hostel. Bed was terrible could feel springs of mattress like sleeping on lego. Our room faced the street and no double glazing meant you hears everything, 2 nights of very little sleep at all. Breakfast was very poor not even proper coffee just sachets of nescafe. Never stay here !

OK. it depends on what you want from the hotel. In my case, I want good place to spend 2 nights with my family in London. of course I do not want to spend all time in the hotel but I want to see London. I feel that some of comments before me underestimate the hotel. I booked 2 night... More

Just got home from an amazing weekend in London. It was a late birthday treat from my friend. Didn't know where I was staying until arrived outside, so was glad I didn't read the previous reviews. We were in room 401 bit dark on arrival but opened curtains and we quite happy with the room. Beds were clean and had... More

Didn't get much sleep due to laundry & elevator noise. It went on all night & could hear other people in other room. Bed was uncomfortable, shower was fine- only picked this place for location due to meeting next day

Where to start.... you'd ast least expect a welcoming on arrival right?.... a list of facilities at the hotel right ? a luggage room to leave your suitcase if early right? Heck no....... possibly the most unorganised shambles of a hotel I have ever stayed in, currently undergoing cosmetic work on the stairwell to the breakfast room, yet no signs... More

Such a horrible experience. It's only because during the 'rugby week' evry single hotel in London was fully booked that I resisted in this place. Old structure, old furnitures, broken and bad sanitaries, dirty... and a sort of "suk seller" at the reception that tried to makeme pay more money for every single additional request (i.e. breakfast or wi-fi) even...
