Everything on the website is not the same on the ground, two glasses on the desk table, tea coffee room dark small like an old office. empty hotel, no music cold rooms I couldn't sleep all night as it was freezing. the room was an awful view note that I was the only guest so it was possible to get me another room with a good view. not even close to 1-star hotels. A guest house is better than this hotel. Unfriendly staff. No even have bin bags in rooms to put rubbish. The breakfast is a joke. It needs to say that this is not a hotel. I do not recommend it at all. If there is no star will put 0 star.

Stayed in early November for 3 nights in a triple bed room. Location is good--- 5min walk to Paddington Station. There's free carpark right in front of the hotel. We booked it about a week before we arrived. Very few hotels in London offer complimentary parking on site. The hotel is simple, very clean and efficiently run. A small and simple breakfast of toast, coffee, tea, cheese was served. Just nice for a morning fill! Room was tight but served its purpose, just a place to wash up, rest & store our luggage! Didn't experience any disturbing noise even though we had a room with a tall window facing the main road. Receptionist was efficient and clear in their communications. Booked on Agoda during a flash deal! Superb value for this simple hotel.

Great little hotel, outside the congestion charge and offers free parking (book in advance). Ideally situated close to Paddington and Edgware Road stations, so easy to jump on the tube and explore London. Had room facing on to the front of the building but still slept well as didn't hear the traffic. Basic room with everything you need except there are no tea or coffee making facilities. Would be 5 stars but WiFi is very slow and personally expect cooked breakfast rather than the continental, with cereal and toast that is offered.

We stayed at the hotel which is actually a bed and breakfast. When we arrived there was a woman and a man that looked like they were on drugs which was scary when we had our baby boy with us we went into reception we got told that we were not allowed to park even when we booked hotel through booking.com it was not included and got told in a rude manner i had to move my car i had to leave my partner who has surgery to look after the one yr old even though he could not pick baby up so rushed to move car. When we went to the room there was stains on the floor not refreshments in room just four glasses when asked what time breakfast was we were told too look at the sign on the desk. Very loud in hotel no sleep after travelling 3 hours it was horrific never will go back had a shock in the morning breakfast was lots of boiled eggs toast and meat i think breakfast room in basement was dark and smelt like dog sh#t left hotel oh sorry b&b and drive 40mins to Mac Donald’s for breakfast. Don’t ever go here. When I had a shower there was someone overgrown bush pubes around my toe which should have been cleaned! Anyone who wants to sit and eat boiled eggs and boiled meat smelling like dog sh#t around you. Go ahead but if you have a stomach of an ox eat till your hearts content. Have a good stay….

the room was really cold, the radiator warmed up at night for a while. The room was really small but still has a TV, make-up table and wardrobe. The noise in the rooms is very clear. the shower and toilet were really clean and tidy. Breakfast included coffee and tea, toast brought to the table. marmalade and butter, cheese and ham, boiled egg, cereals.
