I'm just checked in after a long business day arriving from Airport at midnight. The welcome at this hotel was a 8sqm COLD room (5°C). With air conditioning heating system that need half an hour to warm up. I'm waiting in the hall for my room to be warmed up. No possibility to change or do something for this matter.... More

Recently stayed in London for the first time and found this obscure little hotel online. Staff is overall friendly, the place seems clean, and is in a great location. The bad is this: the rooms are laughably small! The first room we receive was litterally just a about 2 feet wider than the bed within it. We could not even... More

We stayed at this hotel recently and on the surface it looked fine but when we got to our room it was claustrophobic, the double bed being tight up against the wall with only 30cm at the foot to get out. Oh yes we had to remove the bin otherwise you would step into this as you got out of... More

For £44 we couldn't go wrong, checked quick enough, but when we got to the room we found there was already someone staying in that room. So just went straight down to reception to explain and the receptionist was really embarrassed bless her, and rectified the situation... More

Although room was small, the bathroom even smaller, it was enough for a night sleep in London. Walking distance from Paddington station. The room was well equipped. A mobile phone device with a map of London was available FOC. Continental breakfast was available for £3.50 pp. We paid £74.00 for the room and will come back to this nicely run... More

I was placed in a room in the basement next to the public toilet and the breakfast room. The room was tiny, the bed uncomfortable with limited blankets and the shower head badly placed in the shower towards the wall to be able to stand under it. The shower room and the room is decorated to help the room feel... More
