This hotel looks like a multi storey car park from the outside, and doesn't improve on the inside. The hotel decor is straight out of the 1970s, tatty and scruffy. But the worst thing is the hotel room we stayed in was dirty and in need of a deep clean. The bar and general areas were also dirty. The room... More

Not a 4*hotel. Needs updating. Clean and helpful friendly staff. Close to Oxford st, soho, Covent gardens. A perfect short stay. Good views from our room. Rooms clean. Food expensive but good cafes in walking distance. Good sized rooms. Restaurant has very good views. We didn't find hotel too noisy but had windows closed. Didn't notice air con sadly.

An enjoyable experience in a nice, convenient hotel. Corridors a little dated but room was clean and comfortable with wonderful views across the city. Restaurant was clean and modern. Food was a little expensive but we ate well at breakfast which meant we didn't really need anything else until our evening meal. Because of its location, we were able to... More

This hotel is ideally located at the end of regent st. It is misleading in appearance - hotel looks average but the room, although somewhat dated, have everything you would need for a stay in the city, including dressing gowns. We decided on room only basis given its central location and this was a wise choice - continental breakfast was... More

The good thing about this restaurant has always been its central location, but it used to be tatty and run-down. It has now had a makeover and things are a lot better. Particularly glad to see the back of those 1950's iron framed double windows, now replaced by double glazing. Staff friendly and helpful and prices still reasonable for central... More

This was a nice and convenient hotel for my visit to London for 2 days. The station, Oxford Circus, was in a short walking distance, and shops etc. were very close-by as well. The hotel has a nice restaurant on one of the upper floors (the rooms start from floor 9). I recommend this hotel due to the location.

Great staff and an amazing price for the location. Some of the room fittings were not as well maintained as they could be. These small details and a little more care to the property could make it an amazing place to stay when in London.

Check-in was very efficiently handled. Rooms are on the 9th. to 14th. floor, above offices. This helps with the views. Booked a Superior room. Room had lots of windows and a great view of London's skyline (Room 1419, I think). Bed was comfortable, but window sills and baseboards could have used a good, solid cleaning and painting - kind of... More

picked this hotel as it was close to the London palladium. On arrived the reception was polite and booked us in quickly and was helpful with information of the area. We were on the tenth floor overlooking the Langham and bbc house. The room was clean, but overcrowded with furniture, A double room with a bed, a pull out sofa,... More

I recently visited this hotel during the Queens birthday celebrations in June. I stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. First and foremost, the location was excellent for what I was down for. It's a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Oxford street. We wanted somewhere nearby to the American embassy in mayfair as... More
