Great location but absolutely no excuse for poor service and smelly bathroom (room 903). The bait and switch with the 'complimentary' drink in the bar was just the last straw.
I won't be back even with the location.
An interesting venue. On the 15th floor, based in the centre of London, the vast glass windows give a stunning view out over London.

Don't accept room 910. It's next to a lift shaft that operates all night long. When I went to my room I was shocked by the level of noise - this was mid afternoon. It was so bad that I had to leave the room....More

This sophisticated and sociable slice of Central London is a shopper’s paradise, offering the latest fashions, gadgets, and souvenirs. Fitzrovia is conveniently located between the major retail thoroughfares of Regent Street to the west and Tottenham Court Road to the east, with a handful of well connected Tube stations dotted around the area for easy transport. This neighborhood is a favorite
among foodies as well, with an impressive number of quality restaurants, pubs, cafes and food shops vying for your patronage – especially along Charlotte Street and near Goodge Street Station.

This hotel has been saying for quite a long time that they have a programme of refurbishment planned. We stayed there in December and there was no evidence of it. Recent reviews on the hotel seem to suggest nothing has changed. Don't get me wrong the hotel is clean but very dated and definitely needs upgrading. However I feel the price reflects that and I would have no hesitation in staying ther again knowing all that as I feel the lower price is worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to you if you are trying to impress clients.
There are some some very few parking spaces outside the hotel, but not sure if they are for the guests. Would check with the hotel if you can park there before booking. Otherwise is you need to rely on finding street parking... More
