Second visit, first since Covid, and everything was perfect. From the harpist in the lobby for the wine gathering in the evening to the many breakfast choices at the buffet, and best of all the attitude and service of the staff, I have no reason to ever stay anywhere else when visiting London. Thanks to Gabriella who helpfully checked us in just before noon and told us all about the amenities. The location is very central and convenient to the Circle, District and Victoria Underground lines and easily walk able to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Thames. The "Larger King" room was fine but as a tourist, we weren't in it much. We will be back.

We had a great time at the St Ermins hotel, where to start...the hotel overall is amazing, clean and well maintained. Check-in process was smooth and they were able to give us our room earlier. The room we received as part of the Costco upgrade was of a very comfortable size, the only 'issue' was the small closet, but we were aware of this beforehand so it was no big deal. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy. The personnel in general was very kind and attentive to every question and need we had. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fruit, juices, pastries, eggs, salmon and charcuterie, the espressos were amazing. The St Ermins blend in the tea room was delicious. We would like to make a special mention to Gabriela in the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay special, to Katia DeLuca and Giulia from Management office, and to James (General Manager) for the thoughtful details that made our stay unforgettable. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.…

A wonderful hotel. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance (or quick taxi) to the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping and tourist areas. Black cabs on hand and arranged by the concierge. Lovely comfortable rooms with White Company products; great to have rooms catering for a family of five, a real rarity. Wonderful breakfasts. Coeliac disease (gluten free) well catered for in the restaurant and at breakfast, the team were excellent in identifying the needs of our coeliac daughter and providing food (and confidence) that she felt happy to eat. Cannot wait to return.

Very old world elegant feeling Bruna at the front desk was extremely friendly Very accommodating And at the end of our stay very concerned that we enjoyed our stay and that the rooms met our expectations You just don’t find that level of concern and commitment to the customer in most US hotels

We had such an amazing stay at St Ermins. Liz at check in was wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are lovely with all the amenities you could need with one of the comfiest beds I have stayed in. Breakfast each morning was great with such lovely staff and special mention to Victoria who was so lovely in showing us the buffet and remembering our name and room number! Location is perfect less than a 2min walk to St James Park station and a great base for exploring London. Such a special time to visit with the Christmas decorations all throughout the hotel. We can’t wait to come back

St. Ermin's is spectacular. From the grand staircase to the British charm, you felt at home in London. We had a girl's trip of 6 ! Not easy within itself with many opinions, however the one thing we all agreed upon was how beautiful and perfect St. Ermin's was. I reached out to Giulia before we even arrived asking if she could assist with an extra cot or perhaps a larger room because there would be 3 people in each room. She was responsive, caring and made sure to call me back to say she would "take care of it." Thank you Giulia! We were greeted by Mai, who checked us in and throughout our stay would make sure everything was just perfect. From her greeting to her farewell, she was amazing. Our concierge, Stefano ?, was amazing making sure we had proper transportation, including to the airport, every step of the way. Hotel is centrally located to everything and just perfect. We stayed at the St. Ermin’s Hotel at the start of our three country vacation. It was by far the best hotel experience we had. This is exactly what you would expect a hotel in London would be, a classic with updated features. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the hostess at the breakfast buffet. She gave us tips about where to visit and what to see while in London. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and St. James's Park. The courtyard and lobby are beautiful and inviting. Spending time at their bar was the perfect way to end our busy days.

I just recently stayed at the St. Ermin's hotel and it was fantastic. First time being in London and Giulia Fili and her staff treated us like we were family with the upmost respect. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, St. Ermin's felt like our home away from home. We only had one hiccup during our stay, our A/C-Heat went out in our room but Giulia acted swiftly and accommodated us to switch rooms. She actually put us in a better room with more space, so we were thrilled. I can't thank her enough for making our stay an exceptional one. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Big Ben, West Minster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and lots of stores and restaurants in the area. It was quite fun to just walk around the entire area and explore. The food and service at the hotel is top notch. From the breakfast buffet to the Caxton Bar & Grill, we received impeccable service from the staff and the food was all prepared perfectly. If you find yourself in London, don't hesitate to stay at the St. Ermin's. We can't wait to go back to our new home away from home!…

Beautiful hotel. Elegantly decorated in the heart of London. Located in Westminster. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, parliament, St. James Palace, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Covent Gardens. Next to 2 tube stations. Rooms were well appointed. Staff was terrific.
