Amazing experience here. I was first greeted by lovely non imposing reception staff and walked in off the street with no booking. He put me in touch with his manager who organised a room for me (Torbey, who has been in the serviced apartment business for 17 years). On hearing my misfortune with another company (they cancelled my booking last... More

After searching for an apartment that would take our group of 9 for a 2 night stay over New Years Eve we had almost given up & booked separate hotel rooms. Fortunately we came across Bridgestreet & after our first choice of apartment was taken they offered us another just 5 minutes away which was perfect because our trip was... More

Lovely building on a quiet street opposite an interesting rotunda garden. Our stay was from Friday to Sunday just after new year when the market and the city businesses were closed meaning the area was entirely peaceful. Two-bed apartment was spotless, well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. The weather outside was freezing but the heating made the rooms... More

Comfortable apartment for the price. Close to both tube and train stations. Limited cupboard space in both bedrooms but kitchen is well equiped and includes a dish washer and a washing machine. Everything worked well in the apartment. 24hour reception a bonus but beware of Wi-fi charges before you log on: £12/day.

We rented a two bedroom apartment this july, for a business trip. An apartment allows us to work in the living room and the internet access was very fast. The location of this apartment near the business district was ideal and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of pubs, restaurants nearby although this area is very quiet... More

I had a decent time here, the location is fantastic and the apartment was comfortable and very spacious with nice high ceilings. Everything was very well run and and the service was decent. The main issues I had with this serviced apartment was: 1. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy, the bedding was strange and kept coming undone, the... More

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
