We have frequented The Orange Public House during our last three visits to London, and it has become one of our favorite places. First of all, the location on Pimlico Road, in a stunner of a neighborhood, is worth the trip by itself. Once you step into The Orange, you instantly feel at home. Whether you want tea, a drink,...

Amazing night. We had 40 friends for a birthday celebration in the private room downstairs and the food and service was brilliant. All our friends thought the staff and food were great. Good value too.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It only has 4 rooms, but it was very romantic. English countryside in the middle of the city. Service was great, everyone smiled and took great care of us. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be a problem since the room and closet is small. But I strongly recommend this hotel for...

The rooms were functional, clean and very well located for central London. The natural light in the Orange roomwasn't brilliant and the layout perhaps hindered by clunky furniture. We had to play the 'white noise' on the radio all night to deal with residual noise from the bar downstairs. We were disappointed after enquiring in advance about oarking to be...

Really nice meal, my son and I had the turkey and my husband had the Ribeye all washed down with a rather good South African Chenin Mother Rock, the cheese board was really good. Our waiter Vilmante was attentive, nothing to fault. Thank you...

I took my parents here on Friday 28th October for a lunch. We used to live at this pub many years ago when it was a brewing public house and I spent my childhood there, so thought it would be a nice place to take them whilst visiting me in London. It has been restored on the outside and it...

A group of 7 friends went to the pub for lunch and all of us were disappointed. Firstly they had no ales available which for a Friday lunchtime was unbelievable. Secondly the food was very overpriced for what we got and quite pretentious. £16 for a pizza that was sad in its looks and taste - even the rib of...

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. Feedback is always much appreciated, good and bad, as we are constantly striving to maintain and improve the quality of both food and service of which we are ordinarily extremely proud. Firstly I would like to apologise that there was no ales available for your visit. We had a technical...

Lovely room, great breakfast. Lovely staff and centrally located. Would recommend as an alternative to big chain hotels. Room facilities great and more than we needed. Some might think the room a little on the small side but this is just a diverted building and not a purpose built hotel.

A great little find! The menu is so refreshing - interesting combinations of fresh ingredients makes selecting a meal a difficult choice! We visited for lunch and I had the beetroot and caramelised fig tart with artichoke and spring garden salad toppings. It was full of flavour and I was left wanting more! The decor is warming and tasteful. If...

Great pizzas and cocktails, the other food looked good too. Busy for a Tuesday night but they had a table. Very convivial, decent prices for the area. Very enjoyable, not rushed by staff and overall a very pleasant experience.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
