We arrived at 01.00 in the morning and the reception was closed. Other customers told us that they had received a code to retrieve their key, by email. Which was not our case. Someone finally arrived to help us but we thought we were going to sleep on the carpet of the entrance until the reception opened.
Once our keys were in hand, the room was clean. No problem on that side.
On the other hand, a little less on the side of the shower and toilet whose doors do not close... awkward.
Overall, we had a great weekend and the location is the big highlight of the Enrico Hotel.

My family has recently returned from a 6 night stay at the Enrico Hotel. We had 2 rooms, a quad with a shower and a triple en suite. Though both rooms were very small the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The shared bathrooms and showers were extremely clean as well. The included breakfast was okay-it couldn't have been too bad my kids ate it! And even better the Victoria station was about a ten minute walk away from the hotel. For the price we got a pretty good deal.

Clean but small. Can hear next-door people so clearly. Too high up to climb to my room. Very good location but i think 55 quid for such a twin -room is a bit on the high side. 45 quids should be about okay.

Horrible experience. We are "welcomed" so to speak in a basement reception style nougat stand. We are given a basement room with a smell of moisture that made us vomit. The room did not match the one booked, so we demand that it be changed. Well, we're given another room, but it doesn't get any better. Bed cot of a square and a half for 2 wedged and attached to the wall. Purple satin curtains with 1kilo of brown powder that just to look at them strarnutivo; the pillows were yellow! Yes, yellow and stained. Only 2 sheets: dirty and smelly. We get to the gem: bathroom that only a newborn could enter; legs bumped against the door that would not close; sink attached to the toilet and shower attached to the toilet so while you were doing the toilet, you could brush your teeth and take a shower; small flush behind the toilet that guess where it went? In the shower. I mean, we packed our bags and ran off to another hotel. We were not even refunded 1 euro. I don't know how it's still open and there haven't been any checks.

the room had a bad smell, under the bed the floor was dirty, 40 minutes before check out, the woman at the reception knocked my door asking for more money.
pay ÂŁ100 including vat for one night on Tuesday 3rd may. for ÂŁ25 I could have stayed in a very decent hotel like Hotel Z for example, big mistake on my part.

Upon going in to the room, I am greeted with a roll of tape on the wall, I have peeled this back to see a big hole being covered up! Last time I checked, rooms are not advertised as come and see our uniquely damaged walls! Upon further inspection, the walls are filthy, there's cobwebs in the corners of the room, the TV does not connect to half of the channels and the WiFi does not work!
Would not let my dog stay here & I am stuck in this room (211) from 10/5 to 13/5 as I've already gone down to reception who were abysmal in sorting out another room as they are 'sold out' - told me to speak to booking.com, no doubt fobbing me off.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. What an awful start to a trip away.

Inqualificabile !!!! Scappate !!!
Room 2x2 sqm , instead of the double bed a cot from a square and a half leaning against the wall , uncomfortable to sleep a crap ... a horrible piece of furniture with 3 drawers, no wardrobes and not even the place for suitcases ; breakfast? Well if a kettle of water, a tea and a cup (only one by the way) can be called such ... but dulcis last but not least ... the bathroom: bathroom style of the train where it is almost impossible to brush your teeth ... all this surrounded by a badly attached carpet, dirty ... I assure you that I was magnanimous in the description .. it does not cost much but with very little more you can have better. Civilian location... quite convenient.

We are hugely disappointed about our stay. The bed is just not suitable to sleep in. We could feel the bed springs in all our single bones. We emailed reception a month ago and they did not even bother to reply. What is the point of paying to stay here if we cannot sleep? Why do not you just invest in better beds with all the money we pay? I usually fall asleep anywhere, but here I couldn't. It is not healthy to sleep in such bad condition beds. We had to wake up early morning to get a flight and we could not sleep in all night otherwise we would have changed hotel. Never, ever again. Please guys, do not make the same mistake as we did, DO NOT STAY HERE, SIMPLE.

Great location, price, friendly staff. A very short walk to Victoria station. Comfortable beds....an older hotel, but clean and such a safe locale (ideal for women traveling alone too). Our family of 3 was very pleased. Close to grocery stores, restaurants. The staff did a super job answering questions. Hey....why pay more - it's basic accomodations - but a comfy mattress sure beats a fancy hotel lobby!
