This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Adria, both for hospital visits.

The first stay was ok, I had a room downstairs with a double bed, decent sized room and apart from the paper thin walls it was a quiet night and I got jutmst about enough sleep, despite the bed being a bit hard for me and uncomfortable. The room was plenty big enough, plus staff were pleasant and welcoming.

This time I had to book my room last minute due to needing hospital treatment nearby. I was placed in room 405, this was a small room with a single bed which was fine travelling solo and the bed was actually much comfier than the double downstairs. The main issues were the fairly strong smell of ?damp and the kettle being scaly inside. There is a wooden ceiling in the bathroom and the smell was worse in there so I guess that that's where it was coming from. The kettle needed a good de-scaling, there was limescale build up and floaty bits inside which weren't coming out very easily so I didn't fancy using it.

I went to sleep quite late as I could hear next door talking and woke at 4.45am due to traffic sounds, I understand that not a lot can be done about this unless a lot money was spent. Window in bathroom didn't seem to close properly adding the the noise.

Smart TV was a great bonus as I could watch netflix plus there is free WiFi usage. Rooms look as they do in the hotel photos but just close up there is a lot of wear and tear which could do with sorting. No breakfast option available during either stay but I've read a recent review which says a guest had breakfast so not sure what's going on there?

The staff were again very welcoming and pleasant during this stay and I would have mentioned the issues on leaving but I wasn't asked how things were. I would probably stay again if desperate as it's a good price for the location and I can't fault the staff, but would shop around first before booking.

Stayed for one night in the Adria Hotel which suited us amply for an event at the Hammersmith Apollo.

It is perfectly located on a quiet backstreet just around the corner from Hammersmith Tube Station and countless shops, restaurants and bars.

Hotel interior is a little dated, and there are no elevators, only some steep stairs (be prepared to hear people shuffling up and down them). For the price it is clean enough, towels and little toiletries were provided, so a very satisfactory stay for one night. There is also a hairdryers, fan, iron, and extra rugs etc. Complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. The three bed room was a little cramped for the number of people but if you're out exploring all day then it's not too much of a bother.

The highlight was the lovely staff who were hugely accommodating and welcoming, and allowed us to check in early & store luggage.

the location of the hotel is convenient, close to two underground lines, namely piccadilly line, circle and district line, all within minutes walking distance. i stayed here for four nights. i stayed at upstairs room, and there is no lift in the hotel, the stairs quite steep, so if bringing heavy luggages, would be a big challenge.the room is quite big, with basic toiletries,TV, minibar, also a fan, though no aircon,it is alright during end of May. soundproofing is ok, i didnt hear any voices from other room, only bump bump bump sounds from the stairs. the bathroom not big,but ok for me. window cannot opened, but it is not a big issue.if you dont want to stay too close to the city center, Adria is a good option.the rate is competitive in london.would like to stay here again if have chance. highly recommended!

Excellent value for money! Small charming and typical hotel with everything you need. The managers are adorable and very good advice.
Free luggage storage, in-room kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits, hair dryer, toiletries.
Great location when coming from Heathrow and to get around everywhere by tube or bus.
If I return to London I will return to this hotel.

The staff member who dealt with me was extremely friendly and helpful, a huge plus. The single room was tiny and lacked a bed side table but was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. It was cheap for London too.
But the hotel is old and as a result very noisy, floors creek and doors slam. My room was also very noisy because of the endless traffic outside. You need ear plugs.
Also the staircase is narrow and steep and quite alarming.

Spent 4 days at this hotel in Hammersmith area. Room was clean, manager very helpful and readily available (previous guest had locked the safe so we were unable to open, resolved within 5 minutes). Stayed on the top floor - climbing the stairs was a challenge, so book rooms on the lower floors unless you are young and full of energy!

Had a very good stay, room and bathroom was clean and well serviced, hotel is close to the underground so getting in/out of London was no problem. Overall no travel issues as we did all the tourist things during our 4 day stay!

I stayed here after reserving a different place through hotels.com which turned out to be closed down. Despite a late arrival and having been messed around by hotels.com for three hours my experience could not have been better.

Anna, the lovely girl on reception was my actual earth angel and she was so kind and helpful throughout my weekend stay.

The room was spotlessly clean, hot showers, crisp clean linen, complimentary tea and coffee, TV, hairdryer, iron and toiletries were all provided and I was able to park right outside after work on both the nights I stayed.

This is a family run place and they have put serious amounts of hard work, dedication and love into making sure their guests have a first class experience

I work in London most weekends and this place is a real home from home. It’s really good value and the neighbourhood is really peaceful and quiet. It’s close to Shepherd’s Bush and all the amenities you could need.

The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome and I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’d honestly love to come back every weekend but it’s very slightly over my very modest market traders budget otherwise I’d be there every weekend.

Keep up the good work Adria. You are a little diamond. Thanks for making me feel so very at home. Anna, you are utterly brilliant and you really won my heart!

Adria Hotel was very accommodating during the Covid pandemic. We originally were booked twice in 2021, & the hotel staff allowed me to change the reservation at least 3 times. I am very appreciative of their flexibility & would stay at this lovely hotel again, It was centrally located & accessible to many attractions, restaurants, & shops. Hotel was very clean & staff were so helpful.

I had originally booked a nearby hotel that turned out to be a really filthy serviced apartment, so we had to find somewhere really quickly. Luckily this hotel was a few doors away and the owner was very accommodating. We were on the top floor which was a steep climb, but after the experience of the previous "hotel" I was just glad to find somewhere that was clean and comfortable. They even let my husband check the room over first before paying.
The hotel is opposite Kings Mall car park which can be costly, but we booked our car in using YourParkingSpace and it only cost us £28.99 for 2.5 days. Location is brilliant and having the car park opposite is a big plus.

The only downsides were the TV not receiving a signal, the room was really small and if one of us wanted to go out and had to take the key card, the other person was left with no lights as they automatically switch off & stay off if the key isn't in its holder. Other than that it was a great find and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic family run hotel close to the underground, shops and restaurants. The rooms are cosy and modern. The owners George and Verica are the most hospitable and welcoming owners I have come across not to mention Anna the receptionist who went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel next time for your stay in London. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Heathrow by Tube. However both Luton and Gatwick are also within a reasonable distance, by train ride. A little more complicated, but each offers cheaper flights.
