Small hotel with a good location, and good service but poor breakfast options. I would not consider this a 5-star hotel due to the poor breakfast and lack of nice social zones. The spa was small but ok. The staff was friendly, and the room was nice, but the bar was nothing special and it also was used for breakfast. I strongly recommend avoiding paying extra for breakfast and rather going somewhere nearby.
The perfect weekend so I could not resist in sharing this feedback on our stay at the Marriott Hotel, Park Lane, London. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one of the best, words don’t express how much we truly enjoyed this wonderful hotel. The rooms and the amenities, the location in central London, the doormen, the porters, the reception team they are all amazing in-fact flawless. We had a beautiful 1 bedroom suite which was amazing, quite spacious for a city centre location, beautifully furnished lounge, a lovely big bedroom with super king size bed, a gorgeous luxurious bathroom all done out in Marble tiles with a large walk-in shower, as well as a huge bath tub. Floor-to-ceiling windows let the light flood into the rooms. Every detail has been covered, from the Penhaligan’s toiletries to the luxurious bedding, towels and bath robes. This suite offers space to sleep, dress, relax and unwind after a busy day shopping. The Excutuve Lounge on the ground floor is another great area to relax and unwind after long day, great wine, beers, bubbles and snacks. The staff all ensure guests are happy and nothing seems too much trouble. It feels like each member of the team has been handpicked, they are always pleasant but NEVER intrusive, each and every member of the team make your stay wonderful. We had a 5 star experience in every way. The snacks during the day and Hors D’ oeuvres early evening served in the Executive Lounge were excellent, breakfast in the morning was superb, fresh, hot and lots of choice perfect, Every single thing about this hotel was fabulous from the team to the hotel itself and what a location! We are looking forward to returning shortly and will always continue to choose The Marriott Hotel Group. We wished we could have stayed longer and will for sure stay longer on our next visit. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel the team running things stand out by miles. Special mention to; Chiara Vierchowod the hotel manager who goes the extra mile to ensure that all the guests are looked after. Luxury at its best from a team inspired by their GM. Well done to them all.…
Loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable and close to Oxford Street and two tube stations. Warmly greeted by doormen every time we returned after a day of exploring London. The entire staff made us feel welcomed. We arrived early in the morning as most transatlantic flights do and our room wasn’t ready. The ladies at reception did all they could to get us into a room as soon as possible. We certainly appreciated their efforts as we were exhausted. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the chocolate treats each evening! Highly recommend stay at London Marriott Park Lane if you’re planning a trip to London!
The Marriott Hotel Park Lane feels like a luxury boutique hotel. The location in Mayfair is fabulous. Steps to the Marble Arch tube stop and within easy walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and professional. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job every day/night. Splurge for Executive Lounge access - it is worth every penny!
Amazing location - take a walk in Hyde park or shop on Oxford St both 2 min. B/F is made to and served to perfection. Our host was Vivian Rato - brilliant personalized service. He understood what we wanted..
I enjoyed my stay and loved the room. The hotel is centrally located, and the room was quiet although it’s facing Marble Arch and a busy area. The beds were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. However I was disappointed at check out with the attitude of one female receptionist I can’t recall her name, when I requested a late check out she told me that the maximum she can give until 12:00, although this is the normal check out time!! When I told her that she later said she will give us until 13:00 and after that she will charge us for a half day which was really rude!
We had lunch in Lanes of London for my birthday. We were served by Vivian who provided us with the best care and attention. We felt very welcome during and at the end received a complimentary cake! The whole experience made my birthday very special and we hope you are served by Vivian!
We enjoyed one night at the Marriott Park Lane earlier this month and were absolutely delighted with our stay. We received a very warm welcome and were shown up to our room which had an incredible view over Hyde Park and Marble Arch. The location is just a stone's throw from Oxford Street so ideal for shopping and eating. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept so well in years! We enjoyed a scummy breakfast in the morning with complimentary papers and headed home restored and relaxed. We'll definitely be using this hotel again in future.
I had another fabulous afternoon tea at Grosvenor House! I should have gone in 2022 as part of a 70th birthday gift from my daughter and it was cancelled twice due to Covid restrictions but better late than never! The ambience is fabulous with very friendly welcoming staff The afternoon tea is delicious and very filling. I love the pianist playing it is so relaxing and enjoyable. Our waiter Saiful was extremely attentive and chatty, he made us feel special! I cannot wait to go again :)
Ideal location for shopping, eating, drinking and sighting seeing. Right across from Hyde park and situated a few steps from Oxford street with easy access to transportation. Staff was lovely from doorman to housekeeping and room was very cleaned.
