Not my first time here, but a phenomenally under rated hotel and hidden gem. The lounge service has moved to Lanes of London (in house restaurant) and really got looked after by Vivian. Ask for him! Never seen this kind of service in London if I am honest. The Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate as well, try & hustle a room overlooking a room on park lane & hyde park. Also, the gym and pool are one of the nicest in the world I have seen. Not really sure why I am even saying this, hope this place stays a secret!

We were here for two nights with our little one for half term. The team were very friendly and made us feel very safe all through. There were plenty of hand sanitising stations and masks available. The room was immaculate just like the rest of the hotel. I used the gym which was clean with the correct measures in place. We also used the pool and were impressed by the level of cleanliness. The location of the hotel is a positive point as we were able to walk to places without having to use public transport. Our inclusive breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed and served with so much care and attention by Vivian. We felt very pampered and looked after by the team who always wore smiles and always seemed to go the extra mile. Overall it’s a great property with beautiful interiors that the team clearly take pride in. I think this could be our new favourite spot in London. We look forward to returning again.

A wonderful and safe stay during a tricky time for the world. The hotel was exceptional well run with excellent standards and service. We were very well look after with particular reference to Vivian and Giada in the restaurant, as well as Francesca and Vlad at the front desk.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and have all my enquiry solved. Cassia at the front desk greeted me and left me a great impression. Marriott status was recognised and benefits were clearly communicated at checkin. Rooms were refurbished — amenities far beyond an average Marriott level in Europe. In fact, I would say it’s on par with Ritz Carlton or even some four seasons.

Vivian in the restaurant was an amazing server, and really went above and beyond to help make me happy. Management was super helpful, and moved me to a nicer room immediatley when i was having some air condition issues. The next rooms AC was perfect. I will always stay here when i am in london.
