Outstanding services , professional and friendly staff . I extended my stay for additional 3 days just to enjoy the hotel experience. Definitely I will always choose them for future visits to London. The concierge service was outstanding I asked for so many things and they managed to get for me immediately. Especial thanks to Mr. Nitin , Lubna Dora from reception and Emanuel, Robert, Tim, Janis, Antonio, Sergei, Wilson, Szay, Ioannis, Rajib from concierge
The apartment suites are well maintained and very comfortable, room amenities great , service team always available to assist, great customer service and experience over last few visits that I have stayed over the last one year .
We have just returned from two nights, three days in a one bedroom suite. We have lived in London all our lives and didn’t realise these beautiful suites were here. What a find! We travel into town a lot and we highly recommend this accommodation. The suites are huge, beautifully furnished with everything you need. The room service was fantastic. All of the in room products were Milton Brown. Everything about this property is very well done. The staff are a credit from the reception, check in, porters, to the room service. Everyone made us feel very welcome and we hope to return very soon. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.
Beautiful apartment overlooking Park Lane, the whole team 5 star service especially Antonio he was exceptional. I would recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely come back and stay next year.
I was lucky enough to spend the afternoon at Grosvenor house suites last week for a business meeting and it was exceptional from start to finish from efficiencies and warm welcome from the front desk teams through to meeting with Natalie, Andre and Andrew. A real delight in the heart of park lane with outstanding attention to detail, I highly recommend.
Perfect in every way. There is literally nothing to criticize about the hotel, the service or the overall experience of staying here. The location is wonderful. Everything is at your doorstep. We stayed over Christmas so the "Winter Wonderland" events (which was incredible!) in Hyde Park was directly across the street and the lights of the Winter Wonderland made the outlook from the hotel even more beautiful. Mayfair is stunning with luxury hotels, beautiful boutiques and restaurants surrounding. And you are a short walk to two Underground stations (Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner) to go anywhere. Also the Oxford St shopping discrict (with Selfridges) is also a short walk in one direction, while Knightsbridge (with Harvey Nichols and Harrods) is a short walk in the opposite direction. The room was very modern and was huge. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, so we had a separate living room, with full kitchen. The bathroom was stunning with a great soaking bath. And the service was outstanding. Everyone very friendly and going out of their way to assist. Flawless. This will be my new go-to in London.…
We visited the Grosvenor House Suites over the weekend with a party of 16 people, crossing three generations, to celebrate the parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. We had an absolutely amazing stay, and the hotel staff, every single one we met, stood at our service if we needed anything. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Beds are amazing. Rooms are very well sound proofed; suits perfect when there are a lot of kids in the group. Large spaced living room where we could gather all of us for a pre-dinner drink, and then order up in room dining and everyone could join in (kids could eat first and then go watch TV in the other apartment while adults could just sit still at the dining table, with the youngest ones playing on the floor…) This type of social interaction with so many people at different ages would never have been possible in a restaurant or a standard hotel, so for us, this was the best set-up ever. We had one breakfast in the atrium restaurant, and one in the apartments - very convenient to be able to choose! Apartments are fully equipped with everything needed. Decent grocery store (marks & Spencer’s) is about 10 min walk away. One evening we ordered in Chinese food from the nearby restaurant - very convenient. Sending out a huge thanks to Robert the concierge who helped sort out and administrate a last-minute take away order for so many people on a Saturday night, as well as to Carlos the butler who set us up for afternoon tea at the Sheraton and had prepped the apartment for the celebration evening.!🙏👊 Thanks again everyone at the GHS for a fantastic weekend! /The Valentin Family…
Wow! This has been our best stay in London so far. It was such an incredible experience, starting from the understated entrance that belies the elegant splendour that awaits! We are so pleased we chose this gem for our wedding anniversary week; we were made to feel so special and didn’t want to leave! Our two-bedroomed suite was incredible, the spacious lounge with kitchen and large floor to ceiling windows overlooking Hyde Park with its Winter Wonderland were an absolute treat! Thank you Soufian and Antonio at Reception for your hospitality, thanks to Liuba (not sure of the spelling) at the Atrium with the team there, and a special thank you to Robert and your team at the Concierge Desk for your painstaking attention to detail with our busy week’s schedule! We can hardly wait to be back! Happy holidays, everyone!…
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this stay. At first I thought it was part of the Marriott Grosvenor (which it is NOT) and then the size of the rooms seemed impossibly big for London. So I got worried it was some kind of hotel apartment time share sublease thing. But I stuck with it, yet remained suspicious. Well, all my fears were wrong, and the hotel is actually one of the BEST most bespoke, quality, caring, luxurious, calm, delightful hotels in the entire city. I was Blown Away. You meet staff who care and work at a 10/10 level at all times. The hotel is completely private and secure, only guests can enter the lobby. It’s like you own a home in Mayfair, it’s just uncanny how you trick yourself into believing you actually live in Mayfair when you stay here. The concierge team, (at least 2 of them on duty 24/7 which is impressive) are one of the BEST teams in the entire city. I did NOT want to leave on check-out day. I even extended my stay by a day because the place was such a treat. The rooms are huge, you get a fridge/freezer, washer for clothes and dishes, sink, range, coffee maker, it’s just unreal. And to be one block from the Dorchester, with a view of Hyde Park, is amazing. The concierge team, especially Darius, can hook you up with whatever place you need to go for drinks or food or anything else. The entrance is very hidden, but once you find it, you’ll know it, and I like that it’s hidden. Location is a 10 out of 10. They are under new management/ownership, but this new team is Excellent. Everyone is working so hard to make you feel like a resident owner, not a hotel guest, and that is such a pleasant experience. All employees genuinely care about you and your experience at their hotel and that is led by Soufian who is in charge of guest relations and let me tell you, this guy DELIVERS. He offers a caring, patient ear for what can be done to improve your experience, and makes you feel part of the family right away. Soufian has clearly been trained at some of the best hotels in the world and it shows. With Soufian you are able to build the kind of relationships not usually possible at a London hotel. Needless to say, I will be returning and enjoying may ‘home’ in the best neighborhood in the city. How exciting! …
Wonderful place to stay for families right across from Hyde Park, including really well-appointed kitchens with laundry machines, friendly and accommodating service teams, convenient location to shopping and many dining options.
