As ever great stay at Premier Inn. First time at this inn but it didn't disappoint. Chose this one particularly on price and the fact that it had a/c. As with some we've stayed in sometimes the a/c is woefully inadequate but glad to say that in room 317 at least it kept the temperature at a comfortable 19 degrees... More

Very good place to visit London walk. The room is small, but it was not the purpose of our stay! (stay in the room...) Staff was very good. Breakfast is complete and very good in term of qty and choice

This was our first family trip to London. Me and my husband travelled with the kids age 7 and 9, who were very excited as usual to be sleeping in a hotel. The hotel itself is about 200 metres from Old street Underground station on Northern Line and is on a bus route direct from Euston. We bought oyster cards... More

Stayed here for a weekend in London with my friends. The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy, could not fault anything. The staff were all amazing and helpful. They even look after your bags, which they lock in a secure luggage room which are all tagged. This is free. Although they do just ask that you give a donation... More

We stayed in a family room on the 7th floor (2 adults, 1 teenager). We were early for check-in, but we were met by a smiling face and a pleasant reception. Yes, our room was ready, and entry cards were produced. There was engineering works over the weekend on the local tube line, and an offer of help was made... More

Excellent welcome/guest reception who were great and nice room smaller than normal but this is London. Bar staff in the evening were also great. However, first morning breakfast staff struggled to provide vegetarian sausages and when they arrived one was miserable/rude so not a great start. Hot London day so thankfully you can cool the room! Next morning kitchen miscommunications... More

A short review that echoes what others have said. Two adults and two children (14+10) in a Family Room. Not much space as the beds were lined up next to each other with only a small gap between the double and the two "child" beds. The free wifi was a waste of time - 4G signal was good in the... More

We booked a short stay with our daughters aged 12&9 and was out first visit to London. We arrived at Euston, and bought an Oyster card for our 12 year old and used our debit contactless card for our tube travel. Old Street is just a short journey on the northern line, and the hotel is just a few minutes... More

Stayed for the night in family room, very comfortable and clean. We used this as our base to have a couple of days sight seeing In the city. We were able to leave our luggage In a safe place as we couldn't book in until 2pm. We arrived back at the hotel about 7pm and decided to dine in the... More

Staying in Shoreditch

Neighborhood Profile
Shoreditch
The western front of the edgy East End, Shoreditch is a perennially trendy haven for anything “street” – be it art, food, or fashion. With its handful of well connected transportation links dotting its perimeter, along with an ever increasing variety of shops, hotels, bars, and restaurants, it's easy to explore this trend-conscious and youth-oriented neighborhood. There's a lingering post-industrial grit about Shoreditch, but because it shares a border with “The City” financial district, the influence from its upscale neighbor can result in fascinating outcomes.
