We stayed here on saturday 04/03/2017, really friendly staff there and easy check in. The Rooms are quite small, but exactly what we expected and did the job. Comfy beds, but room could do with a bit of affection and love. Would stay again though

We arrived early but were greeted with a friendly smile and we were checked in there and then and given the keys to our rooms which was fantastic we couldn't get into our rooms until 2 which is understandable the only real downside to this hotel is it's on top of a hill but after you've eaten all the delicious...

Booked this hotel a week ahead of my trip and found it to be perfect. Room a bit on a small side but in London whether you are there for business or leisure you don't really spend anytime in the room. The quality of the finish was however really good. Not sure if they have just finished doing it up...

The staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast is simple and well done. The rooms are clean and well set out in a boutique style. There is no...

Stayed for one night in triple room. Ours was a renovated room on ground floor. Lovely, warm, clean & comfortable room with good shower & tv. Breakfast was buffet style with very good choice of hot & cold food. Breakfast room small but we were the only ones in it, can imagine it would be a bit cosy if full....

We chose this hotel for its location when we visited a family member who lives nearby for a pre Christmas get together. We booked 7 rooms and knowing this I think Ideally we should have been allowed to check in and pay for the rooms when we arrived around mid-day. We did not need to be in the room but...

The hotel is close to Belsize Park tube station and down the road from Chalk Farm and The Roundhouse. Plenty of bars and restaurants and good position for getting into central London. I can imagine that noise would be an issue on lower ground rooms but we had one on the top floor and it was fine in terms of...

This hotel is simple, clean and classy. It is around 30 minutes away from Central London but very accessible and in a nice quiet area in North West. Rooms are clean and tidy although a bit small but had a totally great experience!'

Modern rooms although small bedroom and bathroom but adequate for a short stay. Better price than the Premier Inn. Breakfast included and very clean well presented breakfast room. Food good quality with a good selection. Didn't see a lift.
