Very warm welcome and kind service. The room was excellent and clean. There was only a minor issue with the use of the locked refrigerator, which was clarified by the reception and was unlocked for me to use it. Very satisfied with my stay, hope to visit again.

Nice quiet room, proper and clean bathroom, prompt and good roomservice, very friendly bed. Breakfast basic, but diverse enough for a short stay. Overall experience was positive and I will stay at Holiday Inn hotels more offen in the future.

Big, comfortable room. Nice hotel. Pleasant staff. The immediate area isn't great for popping out for dinner. The market across the road if you're looking for a bargain on some fruit. Whitechapel and Shadwell tubes are nearby. Double bed was actually two singles which I tend to fall in the gap of.

Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Air con necessary (what is it with boiling hotel rooms in London). Decent size bathroom and shower. Quiet and was undisturbed. Good breakfast, with all the usual on offer. The area isn't the best, but the hotel is 5 minutes walk to Shadwell DLR so handy to get out and about. Second stay, would return.

Stayed here for a long weekend in march as a London base. We spent very little time at the hotel, but the time we were there was very pleasant - room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom nice, no complaints.

Really happily surprised by the hotel. Never stayed with Holiday Inn but will make this a hotel I would stay in again! Approx 15 min walk to nearest tube/train, a lot of closed shops but great otherwise as a place to stay.

Firstly the service i experienced in this hotel was great, excellent in fact. I truly felt that everyone employed there was trying to ensure that my experience was as good as it can be and they were genuinely invested in ensuring my experience was a high quality one, which I'm happy to say it was. The food in the hotel...

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighborhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
