The Club Quarters St. Paul's is a great hotel if you want to mind your budget whilst having all that central London has to offer at your doorstep. St. Paul's Cathedral is right outside the door of the hotel, and there is a very handy tube stop less than two minutes walk away. For shopping, New Change and Cheapside Streets...

Stayed here for three nights. Great location for art galleries and attractions in London and a short walk from the tube stop. Hotel was clean, check in was a little slow, but OK. They had coffee in the lobby and free water bottles on select floors. Our room was great, clean and practical and we had a view of St....

Central London. The biggest thing going for it is Location. Right next to St. Pauls. Close to Black Frias, Citi Thames Link And St. Pauls tube stations. Very frugal, budget hotel. Clean, old design. Free Internet. One 24 hr food and wine store across the strret. A few good food joints around and you can also order a variety of...

The hotel is well located (easy to get around from the hotel). While the furnishing of the room (especially the bathroom) is not perfect, the hotel room is at least clean. But then given the rate I paid, the hotel stay is definitely worth the value.

Very good location, and free wifi is excellent...this is our second visit. The decor is ok, the ensuite is tiny - room fixtures and fittings are dated in comparison to other 4 star city hotels. You do get a microwave and fridge though! But the main issue is the heating system- it is cold outside yet more than tropical inside...

The hotel itself was fine but everything was budget hotel style. There was free Wi-Fi and tv but not a lot else worth mentioning. For the money and location I expected more. They don't give you enough milk for your tea and there were biscuits!

I stayed twice at this hotel both times within a span of one week. The first room on the 4th floor had two walls of windows, one side overlooking St Pauls Cathedral - you could see the clock from the room. The bathroom however was disgusting with a slow draining sink and a smell of mold, barely any counter space....

Great service appartment with all amednities. Marks and Spenser is next door in case one has to buy some thing. Rooms are very neat and clean. The view from the room were great. This was my first visit, however my colleague had stayed in Club Quaters earlier in US. Convinietly location and worth recomendation. Some might find it slightly overpericed.

We stayed here 2 nights and it is a great location, literally steps from St. Paul's and the tube and only a few blocks from the Thames and other attractions. The rooms are modern but very clean and attractive, very comfortable beds, good insulation (so no noise from neighboring rooms) and plenty of places to charge your electronics. We did...

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
