Great location, 2 mins walk from tubes and shopping. Room was a beautiful suite. Nice decor, comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Had a refrigerator in. Furnishings getting slightly worn out but still lovely. I felt the room was definitely a great room for business trips and also for families. One criticism was there was no dressing table with a mirror to dry hair, straighten hair, put makeup on, which was really awkward to do, had to move furniture over to the mirror and put hairdryer, straighteners on the floor, so it felt like the room was aimed mostly towards men. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! The food in the restaurant was delicious. Although I felt like the decor in the restaurant didn’t quite match the elegance of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast delivered to the room was not great quality, especially for the price. Guests lounge was beautiful and served drinks and delicious canapés. All in all a lovely hotel and I would recommend!

Hotel's Favorite
We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Conrad, and very much appreciated the excellent customer service and kindness from staff during a very difficult period a few days before England enters its second Covid-19 lockdown. We booked an executive king and loved the room- spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The bed was super soft and comfortable, but we both found it too soft for our tastes- but appreciate that's a matter of preference. Cocktails and canape service in the evening, moved to a different lounge to normal, was exceptional. George, the charming waiter, presented us with delicious canapes, We especially enjoyed the salmon and polenta canapes! We more than ate our fill and enjoyed the wine selection. Breakfast was similarly attentive, with charming friendly staff (apologies for not remembering names). We felt very well looked after. The lobby staff were superb too- really kind in giving us a late check out and helping with a specific request where they went above and beyond. Many thanks and we look forward to staying again in more normal times.

Had the most amazing stay! Eleonrora was wonderful throughout, she made sure we were made to feel special & welcome before we had even arrived at the hotel. The one bedroom suite was perfect and the bathroom was especially great. Having been a team member for Hilton and stayed in many across the globe I would recomment this hotel to anyone staying in London. The breakfast was delicious, couldnt fault it! Thank you for making our engagement so special x

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. Every member of staff we interacted with gave us amazing service and attention to detail. I was also very impressed with the quality of the furnishings, decor and general cleanliness of the hotel. It was a real pleasure to stay here. I received particularly good recognition of my loyalty status. The executive club evening drinks and canapés experience was simply perfect. The ability to easily stream my own content on the TVs via the chromecast was a first for me in a hotel room, what a great idea! Normally I have to get round the back of the TV to plug in an HDMI cable to watch my Netflix.
