Very nice personal and service but property is a bit old and the rooms are very small, but all in all good if you do not expect other than a secure and clean place. From my point of view a but expansive but probably normal for London. The location is fantastic because you need 5min walking to King´s Cross where... More

Because the hotel is located above the Central Station pub (gay bar), you could call it the Central Station Inn. I enjoyed staying here, because you can go for a drink or a meal downstairs while your room is only a few steps away. The hotel is conveniently located near Kings Cross station from where you can explore London. I... More

London is a fascinating place to be. In order to visit as many places of interest as possible.Deciding to stay in a strategic location was a key element when choosing a hotel, especially it was going to be a nine-day home away from home. King Cross was recommended in an article published in a main paper in my country. Deciding... More

Pub in Kingscross, close to st Pancras international station, rooms and washroom very clean, bar area a bit shabby, patio wonderful, did not eat in dining room as the smell of dirty fat from deep fryer was really over whelming and also drifted into our bedroom. this issue does need to be addressed .

I stopped for one night as it's in a convenient location, however wish I'd stopped in the Premier Inn around the corner as the night went on. The room was small, but adequate for what needed as just a stop over. On going outside there were men dressed in rubber and leather gear, some as dogs and other animals with... More

There is no mention of the basement bar in our literature because it's a separate venue in it's own right, with it's own totally separate entrance and is ran by other people. The B&B is three floor up for goodness sake. Did any of these people dressed in leather approach you or even take the slightest interest in you? No!... More

I stayed in the single room with shared bathroom. The size of the room was really tiny. It is also quite noisy, it was a Monday night and there was Karaoke in the bar downstairs, so you could hear it all. Until midnight. So I think it's ok if you stay in London and go back to your hotel after... More

Central station is one of the iconic gay pubs. As such if that sort of thing upsets you, you won't enjoy checking in. Avoid doing it when there's an act on stage as the bat gets very busy. The hotel itself is very different. I stayed twice. You have to climb up quite a steep set of stairs, with a... More

My best friend and I stayed here on a Saturday evening as we were attending a function nearby. The hotel is attached to Central Station Gay pub. We went into the pub to register and then we were taken up to our room. The staff were very professional and the room was of a nice size, very clean and well... More

We booked for two nights based on decent reviews and online photos. What we found on arrival was dirty and shabby, and a casual attitude by staff. We were so desperate to get out that it was worth losing one night's rate for late cancellation - first time I have done that in my life.

Ah yes. I remember you, you arrived made some homophobic remarks along with a choice number of expletives and declared you weren't staying. How then would you know what the rooms are like as you didn't even see them. It was with great relief to us that you about turned and left. Nothing more to say really. More

Staff soon get to know you after a few stays and always welcome you. This place is super friendly, clean, good value and the condition of the place is upgrading all the time. Even the bar and inescapable ambient Central London noise seems to be less than it used to be. Unintrusive if you want privacy, and great fun if... More
