Stayed here for a week end break in London the hotel was very clean great breakfast was superb plenty of choice they have there own bar with very good prices the tube is only 5mins away would definitely stay here again
The beds are comfortable. The duvets are warm. The rooms are quiet. The breakfast is nice. It makes you realise quite how rare a good nights sleep actually is in a modern hotel, with their thin duvets and hard beds. Don’t change a thing: this hotel is a modern classic!
Great hotel we arrived early an was allowed to check in the lady that checked us in was very helpful an polite an told us all about the area we booked here to visit Camden market she even done us a map. Room was good had everything you need . Free parking as well . Breakfast was nice Bar in the lounge was nice an cheep not like London prices had a few drinks . All the staff we seen an spoke to were polite an happy to talk to you (not like some other big hotels). Over all if I was to come back to the area I would definitely stay here again
I have stayed here many times and the reception staff are always friendly and professional, certainly the nicest I have encountered in London. The parking can be tight but thanks to their efforts we have never been inconvenienced. The arrangements at breakfast are a bit more challenging but I think it’s best to remove self-service for now. I can see the atmosphere has changed since pre-pandemic times but I hope it will return to normal once tourists return. Going forward the hotel does need to redecorate to justify the prices it charges.
Arrived approximately 2 hours before check in time and was able to check into room with no hassle whatsoever. Was greeted in a polite and professional manner at reception, filled in the necessary paper work, handed the room keys, received all relevant information and went to room. For 2 people the room was more than adequate with everything you come to expect in a hotel room (tea coffee towels etc). The room was clean and tidy as was the toilet and bathroom area. The shower worked well and although the shower screen is small, despite what some reviews have said, the water doesn’t go all over the floor; just adjust the direction of the shower head! The bed was really comfortable too. There is a lift and with 2 staircases there is a sensible one way system in operation. Breakfast is decent with both hot and cold options available - I wasn’t keen on the sausages but that is a personal opinion and not a negative. There are great transport links to the city by bus and underground in close proximity to the hotel as well as places to get food and drink from. Parking at the hotel can be tight but it is London, there will be other guests but on an amazing positive, it’s FREE. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it. Yes there are areas where a little decoration wouldn’t go a miss but if you want to have something that looks like the Savoy book the Savoy and pay through the nose. This hotel in my opinion is “Quality” just as it’s title suggests.…
