One of The best things was the free parking - a great bonus in central London . Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast generous with good choices. Good location for restaurants and tube . Comfy beds .
I stayed with the Quality Hotel Oct 2022 and had a lovely experience. The room was nice and clean, the location is very central in Hampstead, there is a nice complementary breakfast as well. The staff was exceptionally helpful, offering recommendations and information for all of my questions. Stephanie particularly was quite helpful, assisting me in booking a car to the airport and recommending restaurants and areas to walk around. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Didn’t look too good on the outside but once inside it was nipping clean. Bedroom a decent size and the bed was comfy. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast and very nice. If I was to go back to London I would book up here again.
My husband and I stayed here for one night and were very pleased with the service we received. We were warmly greeted by Reema on reception. Reema was kind enough to book us a taxi and popped up to our room to let us know when it arrived. The room was clean, comfortable bed too. We loved the fact that there was parking at no extra cost. We were attending an event at Kenwood House. Although we got a taxi there we enjoyed a late night stroll on the way back which took just over half an hour. Great location and we would definitely look to stay again in the future.
Myself and family stayed at the Quality Hotel in Hampstead over the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend in June 2022. The Hotel was very good, rooms were a good size and clean. It is in a good location with easy access to the tube. Upon checking in, the female receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had a hot and cold selection and the breakfast staff were also very helpful. I left an item behind at the Hotel and the staff were very happy to post it to me. I can't recall the staff member's name, perhaps it was Demetri, he went above and beyond to ensure that the item was returned to me, for which I am very grateful. I would definitely stay in this Hotel again - mainly due to the excellent service from all staff.
Had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel despite paying £169.99 and would never recommend them. We found the reception/office staff extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic despite repeated requests for help, maybe they were having a bad day but for us, they were 0/10
I visited the hotel for a business trip; the hotel is very well located with access to the underground (metro) at Finchley Station which is just six stops from Westminster on the Jubilee line. The area is nice with lots of restaurants. Dimitri was at the front desk when I checked in and was very nice throughout the stay - gave me some great recommendations of sites to visit; directions when I needed them; and checked me in early as I was jetlagged from a flight from the US (really appreciated those few extra hours of sleep! Thanks!). The breakfast buffet is quite nice exceeding what a typical US hotel would have; the staff greet you and are attentive. Compliments also to the cleaning staff on 1st floor who accommodated my schedule and made sure I had plenty of coffee. There is parking in the back but I didn’t use that. Overall a great place - will visit again! Thanks!…
The car park was a big bonus! And was then easy to get the tube into London. The breakfast buffet was nice, with a good selection and the staff there very helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had everything in that you need. Overall good value for money.
Very pleasant Hotel 4 miles from the M1. Very clean, very tidy. Rooms are ideal, comfy bed ! Nice little bar to relax in. Breakfast included in the price was excellent and the waitress very helpful. Always someone in reception. Small car park at the rear
Very happy with the hotel which was good value for money. Well situated ,nice staff and clean. Recommended. However I have written this review to alert others around a potential problem regarding access which, through no fault of the hotel, cost us £65. We arrived, by car, at 15:15 and were fined because there is a low pollution zone in place around a local school at opening and closing hours. In fact this is mentioned in the information sent by the hotel but unless you read the whole email in detail it is easily missed. The warning sign is also easily missed when you turn off Finchley Road in traffic and not quite sure where you are going . Be warned :)
