Lovely hotel in a well placed position near to all transport links. The room was spotlessly clean and cosy with nice furnishings. Car parking on site which was very handy. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It also has a friendly bar and...More
I have no criticisms, whatsoever, of this hotel. The price for a late booking overnight stay and breakfast was very favourable compared to other hotels in the London area and the room was clean, comfortable and functional. The double bed was huge and there was...More
Despite its unprepossessing modernist exterior, somewhat incongruous in Hampstead, this was a good place to stay, near transport and restaurants, with a good well equipped room, pleasant helpful service and free parking. Basic breakfast was provided also. Very good price/quality ratio.
Front desk staff was very attentive during our stay starting with Dimitri. Housekeeping staff was very reliable as well. Location is very convenient in that the tube, pizza, sainsbury, waitrose, even kfc and the hair salon bojangles are all within a block or two or...More

You can get the Heathrow express to the central London station (cant remember which one it is) and connect by tube (subway) to Finchley Road station or vice versa, if you are fit. Or you could get the tube all the way to the centre and change to the Jubilee Line for Finchley Road tube station or vice versa. It is definitely worth getting an Oyster card for public transport as it will make travel a bit cheaper. Depends how long you will be in London for. It might be harder if you have bags and are older/disabled and you might need a taxi for the end bits. Buses also go very nearby along Finchley Road.
