I stayed two nights in this hotel and will try to avoid- very expensive for what you get! It is maximum a three star hotel. Very small rooms, bathroom needing renovation. Shower was only stuck in now position, not possible to move it to any other. TV did not work. Hope for quiet neighbors as walls are thin and you...

The last time I went to a Holiday Inn was when I was a kid back in the 80's, I think it was in Florida or some Deep-South state. From the perspective of a young child it was a good experience. So when I made a last minute two-night trip for a marathon of meetings in the area of Oxford...

My daughter and I stayed recently overnight as she had an interview in London. Situation was good and we were able to walk into Oxford Street. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Unfortunately the room was very small and the bathroom the tiniest I have ever seen. The room fridge was very dirty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was...

Hello Holidaymakers03, Many thanks for taking the time on writing us a feedback. When we arrived at reception we were greeted very warmly and all the staff were veryfriendly. The room was clean and well appointed. We did have to move rooms in the evening as there was a leak from our basin so we were moved up to an executive room! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Had to change room due to noisy neighbours (read thin walls) which seems to always be a common hotel issue regardless. The noise of the other doors closing from the hallway is also an issue as well as service-lifts if you are a light sleeper. On the whole the room was a fair size and both rooms were 99% clean...

Room size was ok for a standard room, breakfast was extra but very good with lots of variety. My only real complaint was the hairdryer which was fastened down inside a drawer and about 2 metres from a mirror which was facing a different direction. I can understand they may get taken and don't object to fastening down but surely...

Stayed here for 2 nights, Great location with oxford street about 10 mins walk away. Also close to tube. Rooms as what you would expect at Holiday Inn. No complaints and would recommend to anyone planning a week end in London

Stayed here for one night only through the week on business. Arrived late in the evening and checked in swiftly. My bedroom was small, but then I was only there for one night.... no point in paying extra for more space when all you need really is somewhere to sleep.
