This hotel have very good location, very close to Picadelly metro line, but I think it's good only for one night. We have spend 3 nights there, and it wasnt good. The reason was very soft and small bed for two people. It was very difficult to fit to such a tiny bed. Also, no space for bags - could not even... More

We stayed for one night in a basement room - the bed was a full sized double, comfortable and with a warm duvet. The pillows were a bit thin. The room itself had a small wardrobe, hallway leading to the bathroom and a walk in shower. The room itself was really warm - a couple of sheets would have been... More

Very good location, close to public transport. Hotel very clean. We had a small basement room as we were only staying one night this was fine. Close to Earls Court Road with plenty of places to eat. Would definately stay there again if ever visit London for ovednight stay.

The management is completely dreadful. We were unfortunate in that there was a minor leakage issue from the floor above. Apparently if the corresponding room on the floor above forgets to close their shower door properly, water can leak down through the walls. We reported this issue to reception as we were worried about electric etc. I'd like to say... More

Small clean rooms with ensuite , flat screen TV, tea and coffee facility, no wifi in rooms but in reception and garden, small double bed, quite area. 10 minutes walk to Earls Court tube station or 45 minutes walk to Oxford street. I have stayed in a few of this type of hotel... More

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and were amazed with the quality of the room. To be honest I think we got lucky with the room we were given, which was on the first floor, and included a beautiful mezzanine and balcony, as well as a very modern bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the man working on... More

Stayed three nights and used it as a base to get around London. Service and facilities pretty basic but generally competent. Bathroom on my room (16) was bizarre, couldn't turn shower on until you were actually in there as the tap was located behind the folding shower screen, so you couldn't turn it on from outside. You got frozen then... More

I stayed one night in the Paramount and was very positive surprised: - Very nice staff: friendly and welcoming - Very clean room. Not the largest but for the price and being that central in London perfect - Bathroom seemed quite new and was in good state. Room furniture was fine. - Centrally location, close to Earl's Court - Underground... More

Stayed there with a friend and we got a twin bed, we should have looked at the measurements before leaving becuase it came as a little surprise to put two adults in a twin bed. There is no AC so it was a bit hot at night. The wi-fi weren't really working for us at our floor but might have... More
