We stayed here for my birthday thought we would push the boat out at £200 a night for an executive double well what a complete let down this hotel was i've had more luxury in the premier inn the TV was not working the furnishing and fittings all very dated and falling apart the room 208 which we stayed in...

We were booked in here as we were involved in filming at a nearby studio. Were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free. The hotel is not on a busy road and in a pleasant area. Yes it has old fashioned decor but absolutly stunning and as it is an old hotel would be a shame to get rid...

86 rooms with cherry wood paneling - traditional English style luxury 4**** hotel in central London! What else? A bit expensive (200 GBP +), but worth it. We were invited here , so didn't pay the room, otherwise we would probably choose cheaper option... Anyway, we had very pleasant stay, lobby is very spacious, and make you feel like in...

It was a pleasure to stay here a couple of weeks ago for one night but we would certainly make this our go to place when staying in London. The lady that was on reception when we checked in and out was so lovely and made us feel like we had made the right choice straight away! The room was...

I have stayed nearby at hotels only a few pounds more and what a difference. The hotel is dated, with poor service and smelly small rooms. I walked up the stairs with my bags and found someone at reception whose English was barely passable. The hotel has no amenities. The room is incredibly dated, smells, the bed uncomfortable. There is...

Everything a tourist would expect from a typical London property. Lots of dark wood and slightly old fashioned rooms. Discrete pleasant staff. In a non-descript quiet residential back street but within 10 mins walk of Oxford Circus. My room was way too hot with no ability to adjust the temperature. Overall, no complaints and would stay here again.

I love the Grange hotels and chose to stay at the Fitzrovia hotel due to its proximity to the BT Tower where I was attending a work event. I thought it would be nice for my husband and I to make an event of it and stay locally so we could enjoy being in London for an evening. On arrival...

Ridiculous 3pm check in meant we were waiting around for ages, no offer of a hot drink or a snack whilst we waited and when it came to 3pm they said the room still wasn't available but they'd give us an "upgrade", couldn't they have done this sooner if they knew it wasn't available?! The upgrade looked no different to...
