I stayed for a couple of nights for business. The check in was efficient although I found I could not have breakfast as early as 7 on a Sunday. They offered a packed breakfast which was ample enough. The room was compact and had everything I needed. The only problem was that it was not air conditioned and in the... More

I would like to thank the hotel staff to make our life easier. Excellent team, especially at the reception, they are professional, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, big enough and located in a quite area. Breakfast was good as well. Again, the reception the best, especially Mr Chris, who dealt my family greatly. So, I recommend you, dear... The place was lovely. It's in a great location and the staff are very friendly. However, summer was just starting and it was very warm in London. The A/C's lowest setting was 19 and the room was very warm and had a bit of trouble sleeping. I will definitely be staying here again but not during summer.

Stayed here for it's location as we were going to Hyde Park events. Grange Hotels are always out first choice and this is our sixth. The rooms here are small, but lets face it , we were out all day and it is in an older building. Breakfasts are always good and staff pleasant. There isn't any aircon in here,... More

This hotel is rather dated however it's not as bad as some places I have stayed in London for £110 last minute deal!! To be honest we didn't plan on lounging about at the hotel much anyway but used it as a base while attending a all day concert. The recption was manned well. Check in didn't take long however... I booked a double exec and the bed almost fills the room (and it is only a double). Tiny bathroom. No aircon. Not really a bar just part of lobby and unstaffed. You have to go and ask someone to unlock it and serve you. Didn't see restaurant menu as went out. Not much atmosphere but as place to stay... More

This place is absolutely dreadful. The dated reception area was a depressing start. Check-in took forever. Most annoying was the reception didn't seem to have the full details of my booking, claiming I hadn't paid in advance. More dated dinginess in the room. I was stuck in a lower ground floor room with a glorious view of a wall. That's... More

My wife and I booked this room for one night over a weekend. Thankfully it was only for one. But let's start with the good. The hotel is situated about .5 mile from 2 different rail stations in the Regent's Park area. Very peaceful and you feel safe in this area in the middle of the night. The hotel staff... More

I am a big fan of Grange Hotels and stay there when I can. Like every London hotel- VASTLY overpriced during the week, but there are some good deals available- if you want a weekend break, I can't recommend them enough for value for money. I believe some rooms are air conditioned and some not- we were originally given a... More

This hotel is too old . We didn't have air conditioning in our room and the room was very warm which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. I thought maybe that was just how the hotel was but when I was checking out I overheard someone asking for an air conditioned room for their friends checking in later that day.... More
