One of our regular London hotels. The refurb to the lounge / bar / garden looks very nice.
The rooms are now looking a little "tired" and the corridors could do with some new carpet.
However, the room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable.
The bed in the room was hard as a stone and I didn't get any sleep during my stay. I complaint at the reception and was only offered some dirty blanckets from the housekeeping. The bed should be thrown out because it is not acceptable...More
