super location a few minutes's walk from Victoria mainline and Tube station. The reception area was clean and spacious. Friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. Bell-hop was very friendly with baggage storage. The room was a little tired, but spacious. Bed comfy enough. Bathroom not quite as spotless as I'd expect - but by no means filthy (just a few... We were looking for a nice hotel in a good central location near Westminster. The Park Plaza proved to be an excellent choice. It is a well equipped modern hotel, with efficient professional service from genuinely friendly staff, all at a reasonable price.

This is my 2nd visit to the Victoria Park Plaza Hotel, participating in early celebrations for Chinese New Year!! A large group of us stayed overnight as we'd gathered from all over the UK. We chose the hotel for a number of reasons but primarily it was because of its very close proximity to Victoria Train Station. The hotel is... More

It was my first time in London, and I was there to work and visit with our global office. I first spoke with them regarding transport from the airport, and the process was painless since the staff was responsive and helpful. The driver of the hotel was on time, and when I opened my phone upon landing, I got a... More

We stay at this hotel as often as we can when we visit London. It is well furnished very clean and the staff are friendly polite and helpful. The restaurant offers varied menu and we have enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals there prices are as wherever in the city.

Hotel only let down by the air conditioning in room 230. Once moved the new room was fine. On site restaurant one of the best in London. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Location is very good for transport and tourist sites.

We arrived at the hotel 20 mins early and luckily for us our room was ready. When we got to the room however, there was an issue to which we reported it to the receptionist. She politely dealt with the issue swiftly and upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. Ten mins after check in... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
