I have stayed at The Grosvenor before and so had no hesitation in booking there again for my mothers 70th birthday treat. The location of the hotel could not be any better. My mother dislikes the tube so we arrived by coach. It is only a 5 minute walk from Victoria coach station to the hotel. Should you arrive by...

Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and attentive staff, most notably Alex who checked us in and Ausra who made sure my family were being looked after. Grand reception area, lovely comfortable rooms, great location and looking forward to coming back. Thank you Grosvenor Hotel.

We chose this hotel for location as we were seeing Wicked at the Apollo. The location of the hotel means you step off your train and one of the entrances to the hotel is inside Victoria station, perfect. As soon as you walk into the hotel it looks very "grand" and smells amazing. Our receptionist who checked us in Ausra...

I stayed here recently for one night. Everything about the hotel was great, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the Chinese restaurant, the wifi, etc. I would recommend this hotel, and l'm really picky!

Stayed here on a Theatre overnight deal booked via Travelzoo. Great location next to Victoria Station, and around the corner from the Apollo Theatre for Wicked. Very impressive reception area, quick check in with friendly and attentive staff. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but they kindly looked after our luggage whilst we went off to see the sights. Our...

When we arrived from a business trip in Paris (where we were shocked at the small rooms & large price) we were relieved we had booked a hotel of quality for two nights. However on arrival the lovely reception staff offered us an upgrade for £20 per night as the standard double was 'a little small for the two of...

From the lobby entrance, the 1st level veranda, restaurants, quite setting areas, corridors, fresh and planted floral arrangements and the public restrooms... every area this well appointed and grand!! Your hotel staff are the best!! Always helpful and professional while wearing a smile. Conveniently, located in central London. Within walking distance to some of the most important monuments in London....

For our overnight stay the grosvenor hotel was practical due to its direct access to the Victoria station, however very noisy and unfriendly housekeeping staff. Will be useful to not see the trace of the person who occupied the room before

Hotel is overall very good. Staff are helpful and friendly and service is of a high quality. Breakfast is very good. The gym has a reasonable range of equipment though I have seen better. I have stayed here a few times on business and my only criticism is the variance in the rooms. Some rooms are huge and some room...

Overall, this hotel was gorgeous and clean. The second you walk in you are blasted with the most amazing smells. It's only a short 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace and a 1-2 min walk to the Tube and Victoria Station. Our room was spacious. The shower was interesting. It was only was covered half way with glass and it...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
