Pros. Rooms and Customer Service: We stayed over one night as a birthday treat for my mum. The staff were lovely and the room clean with AMAZING beds. So comfy! What made the Grosvenor special to us was a hadwritten card from the Grosvenor team, balloons in the room and cake awaiting our arrival! After we came back from the...

The location for this hotel couldn't be better. Straight off the train into the hotel. It is surrounded by shops for all necessities. The decor is extremely beautiful and the rooms are clean with all amenities. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows if needed. My husband and I visited London for the Harry Potter and the cursed child theatre...

Our room was great, very clean and huge, upon arrival we were informed that we had access to the 'Executive Lounge' on the second floor which offered us canapés, wine, beers and soft drinks and continental breakfast which was excellent - we were going on the Bellmond Pullman so the direct access to Victoria station was great.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for accessing any where in London either by foot or with the underground just round the corner. The accommodation was clean comfortable and suited our purpose perfectly. There was nothing we didn't like and will be back for a return visit.

This is the second time I've stayed at this fabulous hotel. Location is ideal, extremely close to the main attractions. Staff are friendly, nothing was too much trouble for the concierge. After check out they kept our luggage as we weren't getting a train back until later. The room was amazing, clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would...

The Grosvenor Hotel is a beautiful building, architecturally and decoratively. I stay here regularly and whilst some of the rooms are a little small, all are well appointed and I have always enjoyed it's comfortable furnishings - especially the beds (which in my view is the single most important feature of any hotel room). Bathrooms (and most are actually bathrooms,...

We decided to mix business & pleasure by combining a business trip & meetings with a stay at the Grosvenor. The business lounge is a great place to work and meet clients. The staff are simply superb, highly attentive without being invasive and the location cannot be better. The hotel is truly grand with a spectacular entrance lobby and the...

I'd booked online and had been given the option to let the hotel know if they should know anything about my trip. I had mentioned in these notes that it was my daughters 7th birthday. I then received a lovely email from Sandra, who explained that she could arrange a number of special touches for my daughter. I didn't think...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
