The room is average. Clean - the towels was changed every day. Continental breakfast, but if you want you can pay 5 £ for extra English breakfast. Very noisy at every hour especially in interior court. No air-conditioning, but in this time of year was ok.

I stayed twice; once in August and again in September. The rooms gets ridiculously stuffy even with the window open. The bathroom has no ventilation and the shower isn't the greatest. If you're just after a room to stay in, a bed to sleep in, then that's what you'll get. Some staff members were wonderful and others were dismissive. So... More

My husband and I went here because we passed by late one afternoon and saw they did a Sunday roast in the form of a carvery in their restaurants, 'The Pavillion'. We also noted they had a nice bar on site, a British Pub (very well priced it is too by the way), a pizza restaurant and a fish and... More

This is a budget hotel. Nothing more nothing less. There is a bar downstairs so you can hear people till late at night. There is NO air conditioning inside the hotel so you have to leave the window open so you can REALLY hear the people at night. Everything about this hotel felt cheap but like I said it is... More

This is in a good location for a lot of attractions in London. It was reasonable enough cost wise, and the room was clean and comfortable although a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. The TV was old, and after 3 nights the electric socket it was plugged into stopped working. This was not a huge issue regarding... More

It was the first hotel we checked into on our first visit to London. I was told not to expect much and that it was a basic 3 star hotel. But to our delight it was much more than that. The reception was very welcoming. When we enquired about our sightseeing the next day we were informed that we would... More

This hotel has below average rooms. No air conditioning. The windows open a couple of inches but this does nothing to help the poor air circulation. The beds are horrible. After asking to change from a room located right above an extremely noisy outdoor pub patio we were put in a room with two small beds on rollers! The beds... More

I visited the hotel on a weekend break. I have stayed at the sister hotels further up the road so I was happy to book this hotel for a weekend break. However upon arrival my mum was given a key to a room that was already allocated to people who was out site and therefore had to get another room... More

We stayed here for two nights at the holiday weekend and found it to be fine. The hotel is clean, but very big.Check in no problem we actually got our room early and staff very nice. My one complaint would be the noise from the courtyard. Our room looked on to this and the noise was awful.Coaches arriving at six... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
