I stay here for roughly a week each year for work and cannot fault the hotel at all. It is busy and massive but for the money and location you can't really complain. The London Pub on the corner is welcoming and the prices are reasonable and is always full of travelers exploring the city. Just a bit of advice,... More

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel with my grandchildren....walking distance from Kings X, London Eye, Theatres, Madame Tussaud's and most attractions...clean rooms and towels daily, good breakfast choice and very helpful staff....we asked about hiring a fridge for my husband's medication, and the supervisor on the desk couldn't have been more helpful in getting one delivered asap to... Stayed here a couple of times. Very large hotel ran very smoothly by good staff. Good enough breakfast. Reasonably priced rates and good location. Tube station just down the road and walking distance to kings cross station. Good hotel overall and never had any issues here. Will return later in the year. Ideal.

It may seem a bit crowded in the morning when it's breakfast time and it sometimes takes time to finally get into the elevator when big groups of tourists arrive, but otherwise everything seemed really nice. If it's too cold don't be shy to ask for extra blankets, the staff is super friendly and helpful!

This motel is in a great location, is relatively clean with decent size rooms. The bed was hard as a rock as we're the pillows. The sheets had holes and the towels were thin worn out and rough and hard. The included breakfast could have been good except the eggs like the bed were hard as a rock. If you... More

The Royal National Hotel is a good place to stay. The Hotel is in central London so almost all famous attractions are nearby. It also has a good price and free wifi in the whole hotel. The only things that disappointed me were that if you want English Breakfast you should pay £5 each day or else cereal and toast... More

The Hotel is situated close to Russell Square so in the central area of London. Close by there are many good food restaurants although many of them are not for family budget. Rooms are very old fashion and the bathrooms are in need of some good maintenance. The fitted carpet are dirty and filled with stains. No drawers in the... More

All this has probably been said before, but here goes. The corridors are ridiculously long, If your eyesight,s not so good, you would struggle to from one end to the other. The room numbers can be a bit baffling, expect to meet people you saw in the lift 5 minutes earlier, doing the same as you. Looking for their room.The... More

Situated near Russel Square, this hotel is quite ok. It's a huge hotel, so don't expect a cozy and familiar hotel. But it's a very affordable place to stay. The rooms is ok, the cleaning works. And, if you book your room on their own website, a full english breakfast in a quiet and nice room is included. If you... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
