The Drayton Court Hotel in Ealing is celebrated for its comfortable, well-equipped rooms and a location favored for its ease of access to central London via nearby public transportation. Guests frequently commend the array of amenities, including the much-enjoyed beer garden, and the hotel's overall cleanliness and quirky style contribute to a comfortable ambiance.
While the service receives high marks for friendliness and efficiency, some guests suggest that the value is compromised by noise disturbances. Despite this, the included breakfast and attentive staff are often highlighted as notable positives.

My wife and spent a week here this month and were very happy we chose this place. We stayed in a suite and the room was large and spacious with coffee, tea and water available in each room. The bathroom/shower was clean and light. Breakfast was included in the price: toasts, cereals, croissants and pastries, or a variety of cooked breakfasts. All were excellent. The hotel also has a full lunch and dinner service plus pizzas cooked on a wood-fired oven. Again all were excellent. The hotel is a former coaching house which has been converted into a hotel. They have kept the pub and the outside beer garden. Apparently there are lots of activities during the week. A nice feature of the hotel is they have lifts to help navigate between the three floors. This is West London so parking is a pain but the main station is 50 metres away and connections into London are frequent. The staff were all friendly, efficient and very helpful. A real pleasure for my wife and I.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at throughout Scotland and England. I splurged for one of the suites to let us enjoy the end of our vacation a bit more. We ended up in the Passport to Pemlico suite. It feels very spacious. Everything looks very modern. The bed is one of the softest we’ve had on our journey. The room has a loveseat and a desk along with an armoire, a safe, and a fridge. They have everything you need to make coffee or tea. The bathroom has a double sink, shower, and the most beautiful tub. We don’t have the option to use a tub at home so I was particularly excited about this — tried to search out bath bombs and everything. After our first full day in London, I was ready to try it out. I started the tub filling, and after 30 minutes on full blast (which was more like a trickle), it was only filled about four inches. I didn’t have the patience to wait anymore so I opted for a shower instead. If you want a bath, start it filling around 2 hours before you need it ready. Everything else in the room was great except the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. Someone else’s partially used drinks were left in there, and something had spilled and not been cleaned up — it looked like maybe ice cream? We made it in for the included breakfast, and it was lovely. They had a cold buffet as well as a hot menu you could order from. Everything we had was great. We also had dinner in the pub one night, and it was delicious. It is located roughly 4 minutes away from the nearest entrance to the Underground so we were able to get everywhere we wanted fairly easily. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time - although on this occasion we were in the luxury rooms. This hotel has a pub/restaurant on the ground floor where the food is really good and the staff are great. It was busy and very popular with locals. On 2 further floors are the bedrooms which I think are mostly decorated in the shabby chic style and are rather quirky which is a good point. Breakfast was included with our room and it’s really good with a good choice of hot foods, cereal, bread, fruit and pastries and of course tea, coffee and juices. We were asked if we had any allergies which is always a good sign in looking after the guests. On both occasions we were in London for music gigs one in Hyde Park and one in Wembley. I don’t know the Ealing area well but not far from the hotel was the main street which had lots of shops and restaurants, bus stops with links to the tube station which we used easily and the reception staff guided as along the right pathway on our first visit. We used Uber on our second stay. There is parking at the hotel although maybe only for ? 30 cars and a really huge beer garden. The staff make this place so welcoming and I’d have no hesitation in booking again.

From the initial enquiry call to checking out in the morning, the service at this hotel was fantastic. Really lovely and helpful staff which make all the difference and would like to highlight Amber for being fantastic at her job - very natural way with guests that you don't find everywhere! The room itself was also fantastic - I stayed on Boxing Day, visiting family in the area for Christmas, and was delighted to receive an upgraded room. I was travelling with my dog, which I do a lot, and this was a stand-out hotel for a solo traveller plus dog companion - lots of space and they even leave a water bowl with treats and a ball on arrival in the room. Breakfast was also delicious - cooked breakfast options plus a cereal/fruit/croissants buffet, and I'm just sad I didn't get a chance to make use of the free drink and check out the bar, but there's always next time as I would definitely visit again and would highly recommend this hotel!

Booked fairly late and only “suite” available at nearby £170 for the night. Have stayed here many many times pre pandemic. It seems in the intervening couple of years Fullers have failed to bother with maintenance, the £170 a night suite was frankly barley different in size or the usual rooms, however, the bathroom was a complete mess, the flushing mechanism for the toilet was broken, it was clear things had been taken apart then it fixed properly just a bodge to allow it to work. Not with £170
The bar and food offering was poor. The noise and that is what you can call the music racket, hard to hear anyone speak way way too loud. Dinner selection I had a burger at £16, don’t waste your money, the promise of triple cooked chips is in fact cheapy frozen chips wacked the fryer and served up, burger so poor it made the basic McDonalds offering look and taste nice.
Fullers get your act together, this is the 2nd Fullers I’ve been in in the last 3 weeks, the first I walked out before I’d even booked in as the manager was so rude and demanded payment up front for a room I hadn’t even seen. The Drayton Court seems to lack management experience and staff training.
It’s a great location especially now with the cross rail connection there but in my view just not worth the money any longer.

The staff were very polite on arrival, and we were made to feel very welcome. I booked a twin room and a separate double room, and both were very clean and comfortable. We were actually surprised that they were adjoining rooms, and also had separate connecting doors to each other in the rooms.
In our room, there was an ironing table in the cupboard, along with an iron for our clothes if we needed it. Along with a hairdryer as well. Plus a coffee machine with pods supplied to use in it.
The beds were very comfortable for us, and we all had a very good night's sleep after the function we attended. Breakfast was included in with the room price, and there was a very good selection of food available. Even though both rooms were on the second floor, at the front of the hotel. We heard very little noise overnight, from either the local traffic or the passing trains.
I recommend the hotel highly, as we all had a very nice overnight stay here.

We arrived earlier than check in time but asked on the off chance if at least one of our two rooms might be ready, which it was.
We were able to park outside in one of around 4 (?) spaces in front of the hotel, which was extremely convenient. There is a good sized car park round the back of the hotel also, which in London is a massive plus.
Check in was smooth and efficient, the lady on reception was very friendly and polite.
The hotel/ pub is much bigger than we expected. The rooms are really lovely. We were on the second floor. One room was at the front of the building, but my daughter wasn’t bothered by noise at all.
Both our rooms were a good size with en suite bathrooms with a shower. The rooms were spotlessly clean throughout . There were bottles of water provided and tea/ coffee including a coffee machine. The water was replaced when our room was serviced too.
The hotel has a large outdoor seating area which looked lovely, but the weather was a bit too windy unfortunately!
The nearest tube station was about a 15/20 minute walk away. There is also West Ealing railway station just up the road, meaning transport is not an issue.
Breakfast next morning was excellent and set us up for the day. There was a great choice of continental and cooked options. Very friendly and efficient service yet again. Thanks didn’t get her name but the lady who served us both mornings was lovely.
On our second night, on the strength of the breakfast, we decided to eat in the hotel and were not disappointed at all. Whilst not a huge menu, what we had was very good. Being part of a pub chain sometimes you don’t know what to expect, but we had no complaints about our Vietnamese chicken wing starters or the burgers at all. Desserts were delicious too. Bar staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
The place itself is clearly popular with both tourists and locals alike, and has comedy and open mic nights throughout the week. We weren’t bothered by noise from downstairs at all however.
All in all, Drayton Court is excellent value for money considering the standard of the accommodation, staff, service, food and location. We would definitely stay there again next time we’re in London.

Me and a friend booked a 2 night stay over the weekend. We paid ÂŁ204 per night for the twin room. This was in the second floor of the building.
The room itself was nice enough - good size, clean and comfortable beds. The Aircon was great and we both enjoyed the breakfasts with our stay.
The one thing that let itself down and why I would not stay here again is the noise. On both the Friday and Saturday nights there were events booked in the function rooms. The hotel has a late night licence so the events can run 1 am and the bass from the music was booming and vibrating through our room until then, which stopped us from sleeping. We were not advised there were any events on at the time of booking or even when we checked in and when we complained after the first night, the receptionist apologised and said they would speak to the manager about it. However we did not hear or see any attempts to improve our stay and were again kept awake the following night.
If you want to get to sleep before 1 am, I advise not booking here. Had I known this would be an issue I would not have booked to stay here and would unfortunately not recommend it to anyone else. It was not worth the price sadly.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and a large wedding reception at the Drayton Court Hotel in late September 2023. We are so glad we chose the Drayton for our special day! It ticked so many boxes for us, including being local for a large number of guests but then also having rooms available for guests travelling from further away. Mia and the team did a great job of organising everything with us and keeping us informed up to the big day. We also had lots of great comments from guests about the wedding breakfast and how lovely and helpful all the staff were, and also how fun it was to eat canapes and drink in London's biggest pub garden on a sunny day! Thank you to all of the Drayton staff who helped to make our wedding day so special and truly memorable!

Stayed one night as location suited us, close to Heathrow with excellent train/tube service. Arrived at about 10:45 and from outside the building looked very unloved, more like a big pub than a hotel. The entrance smelled like a pub and it seemed very small and rundown. There was nobody on reception, after about 15 mins and asking two members of staff someone finally turned up. She was dressed in jeans, a faded black sweatshirt and bright orange nails, not the professional look you expect from a hotel/receptionist. We were too early for check in so left our bags and returned a few hours later. When we returned there was a group of undesirables outside the pub who were in a bad state. Again there was nobody on reception, the first impression anybody should get entering a hotel is how they are greeted and on both occasions there was nobody, reception should be manned at least all daylight hours. The carpet on the stairs and hallway to our room was absolute filthy, I cannot express enough just how dirty it was. There was a room just through the door at the top of the stairs were all the bed linen seemed to be stored. The door was wide open and about 3 girls were sitting inside having their lunch. On the face of it our room seemed ok, usual amenities, safe, iron/board, tea and coffee making facilities, tv etc. the room was large and the bed was comfy. The en-suite was small by comparison and the shower cubicle was absolute disgusting, covered in mould and rust. Breakfast was ok but not all the buffet was covered, the fruit salad and pastries had no covering. The hotel felt like it was being run by a group of inexperienced, unprofessional kids, everybody was dressed in jeans, was there even a manager?? Would I recommend this hotel, no not in its current state and we will not return.
