Maybe the hotel side is good, but bar service is atrocious. There are too few on duty at the busy times and most of them seem to not realise there is more than one bar. This is made worse in nice weather as some have to go down to deliver food to the garden. Overall not a great experience if... More

£18.50 for a salad and a beer. But expensive but the salad was wonderful (they give you a choice of large or small. I chose large, would have starved on the small and wasn't quite full on the large); the croutons didn't seem freshly made. Service at the bar was like warm friendly but the waiter was attentive on delivery... More

reasonably priced, high quality, good location, excellent friendly service. We were upgraded from an ordinary room to the Blue Lamp suite and so the room was excellent particularly for what we paid. However even at the normal price for the suite it would have been value for money. The ordinary rooms were also good value for money .

I was thoroughly impressed with the location and quality of this hotel. My sister and I could not believe the proximity and ease to the trains and busses. The shopping centre was also in close proximity. All the main attractions took less than an hr to get to. Would Def. Stay again!

Second time we have stayed on our trip back trip back to London. Very comfortable hotel, great showers and overall nice facilities. First trip check hit a slightly jobs worth attitude "it is 2 mins to 3pm you have to wait until 3pm " not the case the second time we stayed Hotel should consider a 2pm check in Will... More

We chose Drayton Court because we already stayed there 2 years ago. Unluckily, since then nothing has changed what means that the rooms now are in need of some repairs. Apart from silicone which needs to be replaced in the bathrooms and curtains which need some sewing and washing, you can't say anything negative. The staff is really sweet and... More

We would recommend this hotel as well situated with great outdoor space and very comfortable rooms. We keep returning when we are in this part of London. Good service from attentive staff and good value for money.

I had to be based in Ealing for work, otherwise I'm not sure why anyone would stay there as it's a locals / residential area, though parts of it are very nice. The hotel is convenient located across from the train station and is easily reached from Central London. Check in was quick and easy. I was located in a... More

What a great hotel to choose. It sits 5mins walk from a train line that takes you to subway and you are in central London in less than half hour time. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Reception and bar staff, is superb. Very friendly, accommodative and helpful. Our room was clean up to a standard, and... More
