Everything about this hotel was awful. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. The carpet had never seen a hover, the walls wer coverd in marks no artwork. The beds didn't have proper bedding on, the windows were cracked and filthy covered by mismatching curtains. The wardrobes were leading...

Stayed here for 1 night with a friend, it was a last minute booking. Price wise was very cheap for a London, and when I got there I realised why. I was not expecting anything fancy however the whole place was very tired and outdated, something which I can live with as it was only somewhere to rest after a...

awful!!! Service very unpleasant. Rooms dirty. The phone does not work. The wireless kettle was not plugged in because there was no contact close by. We found broken glass in bed.No warm water! There was not much warm water because they spoiled the boiler and did not even notice .. the failure. We traveled with a child!!

No cleaning what so ever. Room dirty when we got there. Phone to the reception out of order. Worst breakfast ever. Marvellously bad. One bed was stashed up on boxes. No sevice whatsoever. You had to ask for more toiletpaper since they never checked. Grumpy people at the reception. Some of them barley spoke english. Bathroom walls were covered with...

If I were you, I'd find another hotel! The area is full of them, so stay away from the Apollo Hotel in Bayswater. First of all our welcome at the Apollo Hotel was not very warm. The concierge were quite indifferent, and although their homepage says that check-in is 2pm, we were told to go and come back at 3pm...

This is a poor quality hotel, First of all waited 20 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk, I was then locked out of my bathroom, I waited 45 minutes before going back to reception to see what the delay was, the bathroom door was then opened, it smelt like stale cigarettes, I ran the hot tap for...

Well I was pleasantly surprised. The room especially the bathroom was very clean. Clean white sheets and towels (don't forget you own soap). Kettle with coffee/tea (no milk provided) were adequate for a drink in the room. Yes the drains do smell, but essentially for the price, getting a non-shared room is hard to find, so a short stay is...

Manager arguing with customers in the foyer of hotel on 2 separate occasions, loudly and in front of us and other customers. The hotel room was a shambles; floors so filthy we could/would not remove our shoes in the room. The stairs and corridors were filthy, the light fittings have not been cleaned since the war! Window in our room...

Very very dirty! I asked for them to clean the room and it was still dirty! Wall paper was coming of, tv cable didn't look very safe, beds were really uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty and falling apart... buffet breakfast was a dry croissant and cereals in a dirty room... the men at reception where rude, only took cash on arrival,...
