The street is lined with old London flats with columns out front, it is quiet, clean and pretty. Most of the flats have been turned into quaint hotels. Earl's Court Road is a block away; it has lots of shops, pubs, ATMs, ethnic cafes and restaurants, grocers. It is alive with street musicians and a variety of ethnicities. The Earl's... More

I had to cut my stay in this Hotel due to the size of the room available for me when I arrived. Mine was going to be a long stay and it was just not possible to manage that for a long time. Breakfast was fairly good and varied. People at the reception were very kind and understanding.

Great locatiom and really good helpful staff. For the price we paid, it was very good value. Close to the underground and lots of places to eat locally. I would recommend for a budget stas in London. The receptionist was particularly helpful. Breakfast was good quality for the price.

My husband booked this hotel and on first impressions I was not pleased, but reading the reviews it seemed doable, and in the event that is what it was doable! I would not feel the need to visit again but it did what it said on the tin and ticked a box for needing overnight accommodation near to central London.... More

Lord Jim is located a couple minutes away from Earl's Court tube station. But that's about the only thing positive. It's extremely old and the room is super small and uncomfortable. We didn't expect a luxury stay but it was far beyond our imagination - a double bed and then pretty much no more space. The bed is uncomfortable and... More

The room was tiny, I had to hop over the bed to get to the window or to the rack where you store your clothes. The room didn't smell very nice, didn't have any air conditioning and was very hot. I had to keep the window open and that wasn't nice since the room was in the basement, right next... More

An economy room is possibly an overstatement. Tired, badly in need of decoration - wood hip wallpaper that should have been stripped last century. A shower cubicle that you would get stuck in if you were slightly overweight and only a shared toilet on the landing. Not what you want when you are female and travelling alone!

We got the family room just right in front of the front desk. Initially we were worried about noise level; but given (1) it was a really small reception area, and (2) we were out all day and back only late night, it turned out pretty OK. Especially useful since we had big luggage to manage! We had come to... More

The staff is very friendly, and the neighborhood is pleasant with many services (Full english breakfast, subway, McDonald, Burger King, shops food, pubs and many more). The hostel and the rooms are clean and ok. More, it is based at less of 5min of the Earls Court tube station, so it's very easy to move in the city!

we were not expecting too much from our one night stay but this hotel is clean and the room in the Basement, although noisy because of late night revellers!! was in good condition. So for the money we paid it was good value with an added bonus of a decent breakfast

Dear travlinnman, Thank you very much for leaving a feedback about our hotel on Tripadvisor.
