We spent a Friday and a Saturday night here. The location is excellent, close to Tower Bridge and Aldgate tube station. Our room was fine, spotlessly clean, efficient shower, no noise at night. On one of the hottest weekends of the year it was great to have efficient air conditioning. All staff we encountered were without exception pleasant and helpful.... More

The hotel was nice the service is was very good, the location is next to London Bridge tower but far from the center, big ben and Oxford St, it's not a big problem, bus no 188 next to the hotel can get to the center or to and ungrounded train.

We choose to stay at this hotel mainly for it's location to Tower Bridge as we had dinner booked at near by Gaucho's. Location wise it's great just a 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge and the shard. I can never fault Premier Inn, it's always reasonably priced and nice. They allow you to leave your bags there too which... More

Great place to stay in the hustle and bustle of London, right next to Tower Bridge. One thing I will say is that the nearest tube stations are quite far away, which became a bit annoying. Still, we've stayed there a few times and would again. A clean hotel with a nice breakfast.

We bring our children to London every year at the beginning of the school holidays and always book at the London Tower Bridge Hotel. We love where the hotel is located and the atmosphere, the staff are always friendly, the rooms are spotless and the food is excellent. I'm guessing that this is the standard at all Premier Inn's but... More

We have just stayed at this hotel whilst visiting London for a few days. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, very polite, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The Hotel itself is in a great location, well placed for the Embankment, bars and restaurants. An enjoyable few days. Thank you.

I booked this hotel as a Saturday night stopover whilst showing our visiting German exchange student the sights & sounds of beautiful London. I had reserved 2 rooms. Checking in was automated & fast and both our rooms were looking out on to Tower Bridge Road. As I have come to expect from Premier Inn, the rooms were clean and... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
