Have travelled back and forth on business over the last 4 weeks. I've stayed 11 nights in total. This place is the business. Seriously comfy beds, brilliant breakfasts and dinner and great bathrooms. What more could a weary traveller want??? I'll tell you what we want, great staff --YOU GOT IT HERE. A special mention goes out to Maria on... More

Premier inn rooms are perfect. Has nice bar area but doesn't Accomodate the number of people for hotel and had to queue both mornings for breakfast. In breakfast the spoons serving the food where hot and my boy burnt his hand. Also on the sat night someone was smoking weed in one of the rooms I went up reception 3... More

I stayed here after seeing a show in Soho and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is easily accessible from a couple of underground stations, is very clean and smart and is exactly what you'd expect from a modern chain hotel. The room was spacious with a good shower, clean and tidy bathroom, wardrobe, tea/coffee, Wi-fi and TV. Breakfast... More

Good stay, high price for the level of interaction with staff cleaners weren't great cups of tea and pizza box was left in room for weekend stay. Noise from outside was annoying and limited sleep. Staff were only around for check in

Just come home from a fantastic stay at Tower Bridge Premier. Can not fault our stay, staff excellent and very tentative, all look like they are happy in their work which shines through how pleasant they are. Marios and Samuel in particular. Location very good and food excellent, value for money. My other half particularly liked happy hour! Would definitely... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. This was one of the friendliest Premier Inns we have stayed at - really lovely staff in reception, bar, breakfast etc. Good room (love that the kids have their own beds and aren't forced to share a sofa bed). Air con worked well. We were overlooking the car park, and it... More

Premier Inn in a good central London location for business or for tourists. Usual premier Inn brand of quiet and comfortable rooms, good choice at breakfast, especially if you take the buffet breakfast.

The hotel room, bedding etc was really clean. Great location for sight seeing, 10 minute walk from the tube. Would recommend - only gripe was the room was very hot and the temperature setting wouldn't go below 16 degrees.

This was our first experience with Premier Inn and we were pleasantly surprised! Here is a 'budget' hotel which has successfully figured out which items to cut back on without compromising on guest comfort or safety. Check in is really quick, the ever helpful staff guide you to a computerized terminal where you enter your details and collect a pair... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
