If you like no hot running water, cold rooms, and Premier Inn staff walking in to your room at 23:50, then this hotel is for you! I have to stay in hotels quite a lot for work and this is the first time I’ve come across a premier this bad. The room was that cold and wouldn’t warm up that I kept the heater on all night to try and warm the room. This did nothing, other than keep me awake most of the night due to the vibrating and hissing noises. Also to note, stains on the bed. Not ideal. As well as ‘Lukewarm’ water. After working outside all day in the cold, it is nice to be warmed up. The biggie...having a member of staff walk into your room, and not give a valid reason as to why they did so. Premier inn, what are you playing at?

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I'm sorry to hear you found the room and water to be too cold during your stay and that you were disturbed at night by a team member entering your room, this certainly isn't what we expect for our guests. If you haven't already, I'd advise contacting Guest Relations via the contact details provided on our website, or you can reach us on Twitter or Facebook. Once we have your booking details, then we'd be able to look into this for you. Kind Regards Amy

Hotel's Favorite
My partner and I were greeted warmly at the check in desk, given instructions as to how to move about in the hotel with the Covid restrictions, and detailed how and where we were to take breakfast. The room was beautifully presented and stocked with all the usuals. Overall extremely impressed and will return.

Premier Inn is a chain of hotels, and that is generally the kind of service it renders...somewhat uninspired but nothing really appropriate. The last stay boasted something different. I called to reception due to issues with my TV, and was rather rudely told that maintenance would "get to it when they could." I headed down to the lobby to speak face to face to the person who was so cold, when I bumped into a maintenance worker in the hall. He was an older fellow, rather odd looking, but completely approachable. He came into the room and fixed my TV in less than a minute. AND.... he was easily the most gracious and kind person I've ever encountered of hotel staff. The problem with the TV was user error, and he showed me where I'd gone wrong without making me feel utterly stupid. He said with a smile, "Happens all the time, no worries Mate!" This was the one bright spot of my staying at this hotel. Don't lose this wonderful employee!! His name I believe, is John.

Lovely hotel. Best premier inn we’ve stayed in. Always made to feel welcome. Nice & clean. Sometimes a little outside noise, but hey ho, it’s London. Fab transport links, and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Well done!
