I just wanted to say what wonderful service I received from Patricia and Victor. They were both so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and I will be returning. Thank you.

Hotel's Favorite
I booked this hotel as it was a short tube ride away from Kensington for an exhibition I planned to visit, and I'm very glad I did. The hotel itself is very tired looking from the outside, it has a 60's office block vibe about it, but once inside you don't notice that. Reception felt safe, and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room on the 5th floor was very big with all the space we needed, and had a beautiful view across the river into Putney, which was a nice bonus. I can't comment on the restaurant or bar as we didn't use them. The hotel is located just two minutes walk from Putney Bridge Tube with quick connections in to the city and beyond, and there are plenty of buses too I noticed. I would definitely stay here again. It's convenient and located right on the border of Putney and Fulham, both of which seem to be very cool, hip and friendly parts of town.

Not written a review for a very long time but felt compeld on this occasion. Let me make this clear. I have no issue with the staff at this hotel, they were excellent carrying out their duties, they were very understanding for my plight, They received a lot of angry people reporting the same issue. (Witnessed) This hotel has franchised out the limited parking space to a private company. People working in town can park there for about £10 a day, so when guest arrive to check in, no spaces available. Guests at the hotel have to fend for themselves and if you get it wrong you are liable to a £100 fine. Do not use this hotel to stay unless you can afford an extra payment of a fine. Avoid staying until the hotel take ownership back of the parking

Good sized clean rooms (double) but no fridge. Great access to train & bus services. Beautiful park across the road. Staff friendly & helpful. Requested room change from top floor due to poor water pressure.

It would have been a pleasant stay if the fire alarm didn't repeatedly go of from 6.30am. Due to cheap deal I have not requested my money back, but an apology would have been nice??. Room was nice and like I said good deal. Parking was expensive also!
