Small and cozy hotel. Tiny rooms, modest breakfast and very friendly staff in a very quiet neighbourhood just a couple of minutes away from Oxford Street. Tube station and bus stops within a short walk.

Had a great stay in this hotel. It’s not fancy but the rooms are nice and clean. We had a triple room and it was great. The bathroom was small but well designed. Continental breakfast was great and has a good selection. Paddington tube station is just at the bottom of the road

Hello! We have many different room categories and sizes vary from small, and standard to Deluxe which has more space. There are two options for your party: (1) there is a FAMILY 5 room accomodating 5 people, you may see details on our direct website. 2) there is a larger room for up to 6 people, this would be the best option for more space as it is a much larger room with a sofa sitting area (the sofa can be opened as a 6th bed if required). Please do not hesitate to ask further questions. We do answer more promptly from our website and you can also see room descriptions :)

Hello , you would have to take that up with the hotel . As far as I know there may only be one or two rooms with a terrace. They could possibly be occupied by the owner /manager . Definitely ask for a room overlooking Sussex Gardens because it's a pleasant view.

Hello, the free Continental Breakfast includes many things, please look on our website on the "about us" page to see the menu and times. We are no longer doing English breakfast, this may change in future and if we start doing it, this will be written on our website in the breakfast menu. Sorry for the late reply, we just saw this question.

Could we leave our luggage if arrival before check-in time
Hi Gaye, absolutely, all our guests are welcome to leave their bags for storage until their room is ready, not a problem.

Is there an airport shuttle and is there a fee?
Hello, there are no airport shuttles but plenty of bus or train options that bring you to Paddington or Lancaster Gate, both within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Marble Arch is about 15mins walk away. We can also arrange airport transfers at competitive rates, email the hotel directly. To get quotes we need to know number of people, number of luggage large and small, the airport terminal and your London flight arrival/departure time.
