I enjoyed my stay at Park Hotel. It was a great central location for sight seeing. I felt safe in the neighborhood and walking in the park. It's a bed and breakfast and they're not fancy but they're good, friendly, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was excellent - more food than I could eat. There was some noise on the street... More

Ideal location for a London visit. Four hundred meters from the Marble Arch tube station and literally 100 paces from Hyde Park . Easy walking through Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace, Churchill War Rooms and Apsley House (Duke of Wellington Museum. Excellent breakfast - full English or your own requests. Rooms clean with modern ensuite full bath/shower . Caution! No... More

Hyde Park was literally steps from the front door. The staff was very nice and helped as with all requests. The staff preparing breakfast was a bit put out that we came down early -- although we did not ask for hot meals. The rooms were fine. Smallish. It was a great spot for a couple of nights to tour... Lovely quaint little budget hotel. We wanted to be as close to the main attractions as possible and you can't get closer than the parkwood. Hyde park is across the road, and the top of Oxford Street is 5 mins away. The hotel manager is a delightful Welsh lady by the name of Gail and along with her staff they... More

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great, central location. Staff were amazing, really friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. Really well managed. Gorgeous breakfast too and already booked a return trip with my children. Close to lots of attraction at the top of Oxford Street and opposite Hyde Park.

Hello, This is the second time we went to Parkwook for the week-end (2 nights). The first time I wrote : "Very good value Hotel at Marble Arch" Things have changed... Breakfast is now from 8 am to 9:30 am, even on Sundays. I think the check out is 11 AM. You must know that this hotel has no elevator.... More

I feel that we have slipped up with this booking. Amelie has stayed with us before and liked the Parkwood enough to want to come again. In making her booking she specified the particular room she wanted but the room was already taken by another guest. When this happens we would normally, before confirming the reservation, check first that the... More

The Parkwood Hotel at Marble Arch is not fancy at all - it is a true budget hotel with London at your doorstep and easy access to public transportation. The very friendly, helpful staff make up for the older décor and budget furnishings. Our room (near the top) was surprisingly quiet, clean and worked well for a family of four.... More

Definitely great value for money, this hotel is in a great location just by Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Due to events in Hyde Park and its central location, we found it was noisy through the night (Saturday). The hotel room was clean and although small and basic was perfectly comfortable and provided everything we needed. Their Full English Breakfast... More

Truly a great value for prime location in London! Surprisingly quiet location considering the bustling Oxford street activity nearby. Older, but well-maintained 8 room property. What isn't old in London? That's what we love. Great character and good structural bones. Located within safe and easy walking distance to Marble Arch tube, buses, and Oxford street. Rooms in London are generally... More
